My husband and I were in Leland today and I ran in to pick up a coffee for my daughter. I was so impressed with the atmosphere of the store! I even commented to them about how lovely their store looked. The gentleman who helped me was so friendly, and there was such a joyful feeling from everyone who was working in there. Two of the young ladies behind the counter were so nice while I was waiting for my coffee. I never write reviews, but I really just wanted to let my appreciation be known.

I mobile ordered early in the morning as well, knowing it was a slightly bigger order than normal. I ordered 2 50 count of the munchkins. When I went to pick up my order, I saw two boxes in the bag and I was going to work. I ended up only getting 2 25 counts and I called as soon as I realized maybe 30 minutes after picking up my order it’s been over 24 hours and no one has called me back.

Frozen caramel coffee.. I usually use drive thru she knows my order but had to go inside today. The poor guy didn’t know what i was talking about when I tried order. Finally drive thru lady came up and got my order. This guy was so patient and totally tried to get my order right. When I left I had 3 cups of coffee was charged for 1 and give him a good tip for his understanding i didn’t know what was called.

Just went through the drive through like I do several times a week. I usually have a great experience, especially through the week there’s a lady there that is the absolute nicest human being taking orders, so shout out to her! Today I ordered like normal, got my food & didn’t see my donut so I looked through the bag & kindly let the window attendant know I was missing it. She went to retrieve it and made some little joke to the other girls that sounded like she said “she was looking through her bag”. Honestly not too big of a deal, but I did ask her why she was making a joke when she forgot my food. She proceeded to turn around and say “SO WHAT?! And?! What if I did” the other girl, the shift lead proceeded to pull her away and close the window. Her name was Aryanna. I called in & spoke with the shift lead and she was very apologetic. I’ll call in tomorrow & speak to Amy the GM! I’ve been in the restaurant industry for about 15 years now and the decline in staff is so sad. Kids get away with SO much these days. I see it all of the time. There’s no hospitality, no professionalism & no manors. Aryanna, regardless if you like this job or not.. it’s your job. You signed up for it. You work with the public and you need to act like it, this isn’t the playground at school.

Used a coupon (T-Mobile customer appreciation) for a medium frozen mocha and cream coffee. After the $2 discount it still costed $2.90. My chihuahua got a pup-cup full of whipped cream, which she thoroughly enjoyed .

I love dunkin donuts coffee and the special food there is to pick from. I am however very disappointed in you not have the pumkin muffins available to me this year. I love forward to them especially. I’m thinking I will try another coffee shop maybe I will be able to find them elsewhere. Very Disappointed.

I spend quite a bit of money here. My order is hardly difficult. Same thing every time. Large butter pecan iced just cream. I am not sure the last time it was made correct. I came through this morning did get two other drinks. My iced coffee had no flavor. Let them know and was told we will get you butter pecan, how about just make my coffee right. I asked for a new one to be made. Still was not correct. On top of that the iced matcha was all foam. I spend at least 15 bucks a day here and have doing so for 4 years at this dunks. The attitude you get from these kids when you let them know they made a mistake is for the birds. I am not a fan of Starbucks but will not ever be back to this dunks. Quality has gone so far down I’d rather drive to Wilmington to get my coffee.

I’ve only been here a couple of times .. each time they don’t have something.. the first time they didn’t have any glazed doughnuts and it was about 3 pm on a Thursday.. you would think that would be one doughnut they usually have on stock then the following day at 11:30 am I go to get a iced caramel latte with whipped cream and guess what? No whipped cream!! Like how do you run out of whipped cream.. whoever is in charge of inventory needs to do a better job.. they are fairly close to Walmart so someone should have went and picked some up at the start of shift.. very disappointing.. I also tried the star doughnut with the crumbles on top .. I thought it was filled with cream but unfortunately it wasn’t and the doughnuts looked a little sloppy.. the only good thing I can say is the staff was nice! Ima take a break from going to this DD for a while until they get it together
