I don’t know what took me so long to write a review. Tim the manager is a great guy and is always happy to great us. Coffee is always consistently made the way I like it. Staff is nice and efficient. Nice little spot in Surf City.

This is honestly the dirtiest Dunkin I have ever been to. There was one poor kid running the place while I heard a group of girls chatting and laughing in the back clearly not doing their jobs. The coffee was great and I’m appreciative of the kid who made it for me. But, the place is a mess and a resemblance of their low food rating, if I didn’t have to go so bad between patients I would’ve never used their bathroom, it was so dirty and covered in hair (in the sink especially).

I stopped going to this location because they seriously do not know how to make a coffee. I wanted one this afternoon and didn’t feel like driving to Hampstead (which is the one I usually go to) and ordered a shaken expresso. Same thing I always get so I know how it’s suppose to look and taste. The first one is the one they give me. Literally looks and taste like a latte. I went back inside to have it remade, which is the second one in the pic. It’s obvious how different they are. Still wasn’t that great but definitely a lot better. I’m just going to have to face the fact that I cannot go to this location because it’s that terrible.

It takes so long to get a sandwich order here because no one will bring the bags to the pickup counter. Watched my food sit there for 10 minutes before someone finally brought it to the pickup counter. Now the food is barely warm. It’s funny to me how these fast food restaurants rely on young people to run them without proper leadership. They don’t care though because tourists will come no matter what.

This is a clean store with a great staff. Their coffee has always been consistent in the morning, even if the lines are long. The other morning Bella made my coffee and was very friendly and professional. The store is always clean both inside and out. Highly recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts.

Terrible “coffee”. Ordered hot coffee with cream, received hot water with maybe some 1% milk in it. Just no flavor at all. Very disappointing.

Early morning visit for coffee and breakfast before hitting the road. Breakfast croissant and bagel took 10 minutes to prepare and both were burnt. Coffee wasn’t prepared to our liking as both needed more sugar, but this was an easy fix we could manage on our own.

Workers are very dismissive and rude when you first pull up on b the drive thru. The only wait is incredibly long even when there are very few cars. Owner is always a pleasure to be around, but the employees are not.
