Took my toddler to Dunkin’ for a little mommy–daughter Saturday morning treat, and I’ve got to say, this place was hustling!

Inside, there were only a few customers but the drive-thru line was nonstop, and the employees were darting around filling orders faster than I’ve seen food service workers move in a long time. genuinely impressive. They had our order ready before I could even finish swiping my card.

Menu-wise there’s a lot of variety not just the drinks, but the donut options too. We got a donut and a hot chocolate. Both were good, but I’m not gonna lie… they were excessively sweet. I think I hit my sugar quota for the week.

Cleanliness was about what you’d expect during a busy morning rush; not spotless every second, but was what was messy when we walked in was already cleaned up by the time we walked out.

not the kind of spot I’d come to read a book and sip slowly, but if you need a fast, efficient stop with great speed and solid selection, they’ve got it down. seriously these employees deserve a raise.

I hate to give three stars as I come to this location very often. I have never had a bad experience other than the drive thru line being a little long but that’s normal. But today I got my large frozen coffee and there was more whipped cream than I had actual coffee. Not sure if it was somebody new maybe making the coffee today but this was a rip off. I wish I had realized it while at the window.

I tried calling yesterday several times between 5-6pm to inquire about ordering 2 dozen donuts for my daughter’s class. I finally drove to them in person. They told me they do not answer the phone because “the phone is locked in the manager’s office and even if the manager was there, they would be too busy during those hours to answer it.” I was told I did not need to place an order for 2 dozen- just show up in the morning to ask. I was also told I couldn’t get all the same kind of donut, but getting a variety of the 3 frosting and sprinkles donuts would be fine.
I showed up this morning to ask for the sprinkle variety but was barely greeted, the guy acted like it was a problem and even said “hopefully this doesn’t deplete our stock”. Do they not want to sell their stock? Am I supposed to feel guilt and shame for ordering donuts?? I even told him the instructions I was given the night before. He still seemed unhappy that I had ordered so many. I then asked for one for myself- a cream filled, then went on my way feeling like I had somehow wronged and inconvenienced them. After dropping off my daughter’s donuts at her school (where I was greeted very kindly!) I tried my donut. It was very stale, so crusty it was falling apart and even rock hard on one side!! I pulled it apart to maybe just eat the middle but then thought.. if this has been sitting out what state is the cream in? It couldn’t possibly be safe to eat. So I didn’t get to eat it. The night before, there weren’t any of this kind even in the case. So where was it sitting out and for how long? And how did the seemingly uncaring employee not feel how hard it was when he put it in the box? I’m extremely disappointed in this store.

I’m local in the area & come to this location very often in the mornings. Normally the staff is very greeting and accommodating. However, this morning.. one of the workers was very rude & dismissive as I was 1 trying to thank her for my drink & 2 my order did not come out correctly. I politely said “excuse me maam, did you say this was for ____ sorry just making sure” (it had no sticker label on it) & she rolls her eyes & responds with “can you like give me a minute” with an attitude. I’m well aware how the fast food industry goes as I used to during my teen years & college but I also know the other end of customer service as well. Hope her day gets better !

I don’t typically leave reviews, let alone bad reviews. But I went to this dunkin location today and ordered a hot caramel latte only to discover they forgot the espresso. I took a sip (after I left the parking lot unfortunately) and quite literally gagged. In my cup was hot foamy milk, that’s it. How does a coffee shop FORGET the coffee in a drink??

I really enjoy coming here. Even when it’s super busy, the staff always take the time to greet me with a smile. KC, the manager, and Rachel, the assistant, are always professional and treat you like family. Their customer service is outstanding, and the kindness and smiles from all the staff always start your day off right.

And to the complainers (because I’ve seen a few): maybe find a hobby that suits your bad attitude… like arguing with parking meters, yelling at clouds, or licking batteries to see if they’re still good.

Go every weekend for coffee.
But every time I go they always short coffee orders that use expresso .
The had to fix them several times, I even had a disagreement with one of the staff.
He showed anger when I told him that the order was the wrong size and he violently thru the coffee in the trash and started harassing me about the fix of the coffee.
Manager was not even corropative, she was rude and let him think he could be rude.
So if you like expresso drinks know 90 percent of the time you are going to get cheated. Here are pictures of their’s compared to the one in Jacksonville .
See the lighter that is Cape Carter see the difference between the two.
Trust me I go to Dunkin everyday and these people are shorting you guaranteed .

If I could give this place a zero I would. Went there to the drive-through this morning. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a redeye medium with cream and sugar. When I got up to the window, they were trying to serve me a cold beverage. I told them a redeye is served hot. The lady began arguing with me and told me a redeye has always been cold. She was very rude disrespectful I would never go there again.

Ordered and paid for 2 donuts. I got the donut in the 2 donut box and did not check. Got home and I only have 1 donut. Tried to call and am sent to a voice mail that is full. My last visit the app let me order and pay for donuts they did not have. No refund, had to get donuts I did not want. Very

I stopped by this evening to order half a dozen donuts and the girl running the drive thru hesitated then told me that the establishment was closing soon and they only had 20 donuts left, but she could provide the two chocolate glazed donuts out of the half of the dozen that I requested. After pausing, she was about to say something else but I simply drove away. It sounds like the girl is hoarding the chocolate donuts at this establishment from the sound of other reviewers. I would avoid.
