Second day I a row I have gone through the drive through and received donuts that look like this. Yesterday she claimed that the donuts were hot when they iced them so it was still messy. Why would you choose to serve something that looks like this? I would rather be told it’s not available and get something else that isn’t a mixture and a mess! I requested the donut be handed to me on a plate because 1/2 the icing was in the bag and they just stared at me in confusion. She repeated “they are all warm so the icing is running.” Obviously that is the case. But you should’ve serve donuts this way. I hope someone from management sees this and talks to their staff about what should and should not be served. This is unacceptable. I ordered a vanilla frosted doughnut with no sprinkles and this is what I was given.

Always incredibly slow unless you go first thing in the morning. Always get something wrong from our order. No way to get a refund or correct the order after you get it unless you drive all the way back to the store, customer service not available. We’ve lost so much money from this store not including items in our orders!

I have been coming to this place every morning for years they know my order by my voice, They’re always so friendly and by the time I get to the window my coffee is ready and I’m ready to roll!! Thanks to the manager who’s always there so friendly and polite making sure things are made correctly and thanks to the staff for always coming in and making it count for my early mornings!! I’ll be back tomorrow see yall then, I’ll be getting “the usual”

As far as speed, you can’t beat this location. They are quick. Only thing is the hash browns came soggy so that was a turn off but my iced coffee was delicious

Terrible customer service. Last time I visited, I had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was even there. This time, mid sentence in my order the worker ignored me and started paying attention to her coworker. I had to interrupt her conversation to get my order placed. Save yourself some time and frustration and find another donut shop.

We love dunkin donuts and go all the time. We have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt…but unfortunately lately every time we go he encounters rude customer service and food pictured below. I would like to ask management a question. Would you be happy being treated rudely and then having to pay for burnt food? I’m sorry but we won’t be back to your location.

The staff is very rude and mouthy when they walk away from the counter. I paid for extra flavor in my drink and when it came out wrong and I asked them to fix it the manager was mouthing off behind the counter. I’ve never had issues like this at Dunkin ever. Will not be going back.

Most of the reviews im reading had issues with the drive thru. I went inside early on a Sunday morning. The staff was friendly. My coffee and donuts were exactly as I ordered.
