Customer service is an after thought here. I walked up to order breakfast and the four people behind the counter just stared at me. No greeting or anything, plus the sandwich was cold. I hope they turn things around.

They don’t have 20% of the menu here apparently, despite everything being listed in front of you on the sign. Also, they don’t take the app and they have a 50% markup compared to every other location. The ladies behind the counter could use an attitude adjustment too, like it’s not my fault you work at an airport Dunkin’.

Update 7/20/2025: Once again, not open on time. Second time we can’t get breakfast before our 5 am flight because they advertise a 4 am opening, but aren’t.
Original Post: Like everyone else’s experience, awful service. Perhaps the manager is attempting to do the “Gen Z Stare” thing, and if so, she nailed it. Don’t count on getting anything when they are supposed to open at 4 am. We boarded at 4:20 am and I wasn’t able to order anything, and barely got a response when I nicely asked if they were open (before I checked the website for hours). ♂️

I stopped here before my flight and at a busy time (5:30 am) they only had one person working. She was working so hard and she was so nice and positive. I wouldn’t have been so nice if I was alone during a busy breakfast rush before all of the 6 am flights left. I feel terrible for the employees at this location.

This Dunkin just doesn’t seem to work in the airport. How do you have no doughnuts at 6 A.M. and you’re dunkin. Couldn’t even get regular food. Bring a business in here that is proud to be a part of the airport.

This location is a terrible representative of Dunkin. Yesterday, December 25th, the store was open and ran by part-time employees exclusively. Why you may ask? So that they can avoid paying any holiday pay to their part-time employees. Shameful practice and exposes that they 110% prefer product over people.

I wanted to give this place a benefit of a doubt with all the other reviews. Arrived at airport at 4:45 am and she advised me that food wasn’t available until five. Ok, now 5:20 and waited in line and asked for a wrap and now she says 6 am for food. I asked why and she told me now it’s 6. REALLY! I so wanted this customer service to be good.

The ILM DD shows 4am open. It’s 4:25am and I’ve been waiting in line since 4am and keep getting told they’re opening soon. My flight boards in 5 min so not able to get anything.
I will give my business to Port City Java in the future and not waste my time with DD.
