Dunkin’ Donuts supercharges their coffee or something; it always hits a bit different for me. This location was fine.. The staff were a bit hot and cold with a manic dance between ignoring you and then being super friendly. ♂️ ♂️

Filled donuts were not filled at all ..cheap smear of chocolate on donuts …cheap owners, cheap donuts ..stay away from this stingy, cheap place that is slow and is only concerned about the drive through where people come and go and don’t have time to complain..I was a baker and a finisher for dunkin we made sure our customers were pleased this dump just wants you to come in ,order,grab your donut and get the hell out!! I love Duncan! But this one really needs to get it together. The staff are rude. They will let you stand there for 15 minutes before taking your order, then ask you to leave because the dining room is closed. I’m not sure why they close so early. The duncan in another location is open until 10. Guess I go there from now on. Behind the counter also looks unclean.

Visit for me was good. I have a lot of patience and understand that retail businesses are short staffed. It was a 15 minute wait to get 2 coffees. The staff was doing their best to keep up with the morning rush.

I just stopped in for my favorite caramel iced macchiato. They make the best ever. And the customer service was really really good. You could hear the joy in this person’s voice. You could tell that she really loved her job and that she wanted to make the customer happy. So I’m grateful for businesses that hire people like this. A lot of us go through a lot of things in life and when we go out and spend our money instead of doing these things we could do at home I mean because anybody can go and prepare coffee. At home. But when we go out and we’re paying money for people to make it and to take our order, we expect to be treated with kindness and that’s exactly what this young lady did for me at the drive-thru and I was having a tough day but because of the great customer service she provided it put a smile on my face and for that I am thankful. Thank you for the great customer service young lady I hope that God truly blesses you for being such a positive influence at your job.
