this has to be one of the WORST Dunkin’s I have ever experienced, every time I come through they can never make my drink right except for one person, I never got her name but she always serves me with a smile and never complains and always apologizes! they need to do better with training people and customer service!

I come to dunkin several times out the week, I don’t like how they put the drive thru as their 1st prority. I waited 20min for a coffee and bagel sandwich, then when I go thru the drive thru they so quick to pull me up and theirs one behind Me. Their are some good staff members only in the mornings.

I ordered an avocado toast with bacon. The server placed my toast in a used box that had some type of sauce stains in the box. There were sauce on the toast. What is sauce doing on the avocado toast. Definitely heading back to get my refund for the toast. I also ordered a hot mocha. The cup was filled middle way. This is the third mishap with Dunkin. I don’t think I’ll be back to the one in Laurinburg.

Sometimes I hate delivery! I ordered for 3 people. 2 people get 2 watch 1 person eat because what they ordered wasn’t even receives. Ordered Cold brew, bagel and cream cheese, ham and cheese croissant, hash browns 2 donuts. Received cold brew, bagel and cream cheese, 1 donut(ordered flavor), bagel bombs, omelet bites. Ridiculous! I mean I didn’t get the hash browns I ordered, ham and cheese croissant and 1 donut. And were they just looking to fill in the blanks with just anything????

I’ve been to a lot of Dunkins, and Laurinburg has got it right! Beautiful new store (since my last visit a couple years ago). Bright, clean, and modern. Lots of seating, including a tall table. The staff are friendly and the food comes fast. Way to go!

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. My husband & I previously got coffee here 5-6 days a week. We stopped getting coffee from this location about a year ago because their coffee became so bad. You pay for extra flavors, etc, but you don’t get it, and you sometimes receive old coffee.
We decided to stop in to get a bagel this morning because, how can they screw up a bagel, right? Well, they did. Massively. This cinnamon raisin bagel is burnt almost black (I didn’t order it to be toasted dark), and it is hard and chewy, like chewing on a rubber band. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! I wasn’t able to eat it because of how hard, chewy, and nasty it was. We tried to call the store several times, but they won’t answer. The answering machine will not allow new messages because it’s full, which tells me that they never listen to their messages. We are completely DONE getting ANYTHING from this particular store!

I have never been inside, but I visit the drive through 2 to 4 times a week. I am addicted to the fabulous ice coffee! – so I may not be the most unbiased or helpful judge in this matter. Other than the very long line of vehicles most of the time- worth the wait though-I have nothing negative to say. The people at the window are ALWAYS very friendly and courteous.

Pumpkin is BACK!!!! Mocha frappe, delicious. Perfect. Pumpkin donut, perfect!!! In season Maple Sugar Bacon sandwich, freaking fantastic. Hashbrowns left a lot to be desired. Maybe a bad batch. Staff wasn’t the most polite but the food more than made up for it. Will be back to try again!

The customer service was unsatisfactory as I ordered donuts and munchkins and it was placed in the same bag and when I let the person at the window know that it was for two different people and I needed it to be in a different bag he looked at me said ok and left the window never to return. I will not be returning here again due to bad customer service.
