Absolutely wonderful service everyone there was so sweet even though it was absolutely crazy in the morning. They accommodated me. these teenagers working there are absolutely amazing. They had to deal with a customer that got angry at them because he said glazed donuts instead of chocolate frosted they kept their cool and we’re all together. Absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place. I go there almost every morning.

This is my favorite Dunkin! I come here almost every morning for a large hot coffee with snackin bacon! They always show up with a smile on their faces! Gabby and Kaitlyn were so helpful this morning with my wife’s order! Latte was made great as per her words! Continue to keep up the good work in such a busy enviorment! The food service industry needs more employees like you!

I recall a time when the in-store donuts were freshly prepared, and their quality was exceptional. Recently, I purchased a maple frosted donut, and after a single bite, I found the taste and texture unsatisfactory, resembling cardboard rather than the light and fluffy consistency I remember. While I acknowledge that recipes can evolve, the shift in quality is notable. Despite this, we continue to patronize the establishment.

As soon as you step in, you notice how clean the dining area is kept. There’s was no trash on any table with plenty of room to sit and eat. There is a kiosk you can order from and pay, so everything is kept moving smoothly. It’s a nice touch to serving dine in customers without interrupting employees who are serving drive-through window customers. They were fully stocked with warm, fresh doughnuts for the morning rush of customers. I tried the avocado toast. It was whipped avocado spread served on a warm slice of bread. When you bite in, you taste the warm toast followed by the cold avocado spread. It’s a mix combination but goes well together. Will definitely order this again.

I am a regular Dunkin coffee drinker and always order my coffee with Extra Cream and Extra Sugar and Hot Chocolate with whip cream for my daughter. I had a bad experience with one of your workers named GABY. She was rude as I explained that the coffee did not have Extra cream and sugar in it and my daughters Hot Chocolate didn’t have the whip cream. She said I didn’t specify that when ordering…but that is the ONLY way I order and My Daughter was in the car with me and heard my order. GABY insisted I pay .27 cents for the mistake they made. It wasn’t about the money, I had .27 cents…It was her rude attitude and demeanor after I kindly explained that I am a regular and always order the same thing. I was very disappointed with the service and will go to another Dunkin Donuts for all my future orders. I am making this complaint because someone needs to talk to GABY about her customer service. Maybe she is having a bad day, but that should never be taken out on a customer. I hope she has a better day

i walked in and one of the workers had blue hair so you already KNOW this is about to be fire
this was THE BEST sausage egg and cheese biscuit i’ve ever had from ANY fast food place, period. it was warm and crisp— not soggy— and the cheese was melted just the right amount
the first sip of coffee literally sent me to space. i will forever be chasing that feeling again, for i fear i will never be able to recreate its flavor
i also had hashbrowns but really you can never go wrong with dunkin’ hashbrowns ↕️
overall 11/10

My kids and I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’ in Waxhaw. From the moment we drove up, the manager was rude, which immediately set the tone for the rest of our visit. Unfortunately, the staff followed that same example with poor service and an unwelcoming attitude.
A visit to Dunkin’ should be quick, friendly, and family-friendly, but this location fell far short of that. I hope corporate takes notice and provides better training, because customers deserve respect and basic courtesy.

Just purchased, some apple fritters, and boston cream doughnuts. Fritters thrown in bak broken, and stuck together. Chocolate frosting smeared. I’m pissed. We paid $9.48 for this crap. Get your service and employees better trained.

This particular Dunkin’ has been problematic for the last couple of years, whether it’s customer service, getting the order right or the long wait times. When I do go inside, I typically see the staff standing around and talking with one another, not paying attention to the long lines at drive thru. There have been times where the donuts I get are cold and stale like they’ve been sitting there for about 7 hours and the coffee, well it’s not really coffee but more like water with a coffee taste.
I agree with other reviewers that the staff can be rude and not customer service oriented, the can be indifferent to your needs and basically they want you out of the store as quickly as possible so they can get back to talking amongst each other. Full disclosure, I only visit this location because it’s close to my home and my daughter likes the doughnut holes but not the doughnuts…go figure!
If you don’t mind driving a bit further then I would skip this location and go to another establishment that values customer service, is professional, courteous and willing to show appreciation for your patronage.

Unbelievably slow and incompetent.
Me and my friend came in here. There was nobody in the store, nobody in their drive-thru.
Still took ungodly amount of time for our drinks and snacks to be made. They bring out my toast and it’s missing the bacon. They take it back and takes over 5 minutes for them to slap some precooked bacon on a piece of bread.
And they completely forgot the doughnut I ordered.
Girl just kept saying “I’m so sorry” till it became mind numbing. How about instead of apologizing actually offer some compensation to make it right. Give me a free donut or something if you’re going to mess up an order that badly and I wouldn’t have even posted this.
