I will never get anything from this location ever again. Got a large coffee with a sausage egg & cheese croissant. It was awful.. The coffee wasn’t hot so I ask them if I could get me some fresh coffee.. They took the cup of coffee I had back which I thought they wasn’t suppose to do.. I figured they would give me a new cup of fresh coffee. I was given what I thought was a fresh cup but it was the same cup I was given the 1st time & the coffee still wasn’t hot.. The croissant was hard as well.. I normally go to the other location that’s near I-85 but decided to try this location since I was close to it..I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but I will never go back..

Employees cant read and need to be fired. Got both my sandwiches wrong. I ordered everything bagel bites and got plain. Wouldn’t let me redeem my rewards. Got 2 $6 meal deals and forgot 1 of my hash browns. Then wouldn’t talk to me when I was trying to talk to them. They messed up my whole order besides the coffee. Extremely highly dissatisfied. All the people working Tuesday Nov 4th 2025 around 6pm needs to be replaced. Worst service I have ever had. Go to any place but here.

Beware…they say they are open at 5am, but they aren’t. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived @ 5:30am, the store was completely dark, it’s obvious no one was there. I waited at the window and no one showed. I had to call Dunkin to get my order refunded. I won’t be using this Dunkin again.

Okay I go here for coffee like all the time but this is awful…. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant for breakfast.. what is this y’all. The egg isn’t even on it and it is just thrown in there. This croissant is like a heel or something I don’t know.. I am very disappointed.

I started going here for my coffee which is really good. If there’s any issue I’ve seen then quickly take care of it. You can tell the work atmosphere is great!

I was third in the drive thru picking up my mobile order and each car in front of me took 10 minutes to get their order and leave. Since I ordered ahead I figured it would be ready by the time I got to the window. Nope, I waited 8 min at the window. Then when I get my bag of donuts, this sticker was underneath mine. Didn’t think nothing of it so I looked inside and I thought they may have given me an extra doughnut for the wait! Nope, I pulled it out and someone had already bitten into it. I got these doughnuts as a treat for my kids as I was on my way to pick them up from school and all that waiting almost made me late for pickup. I didn’t even bother going back. Never coming to this Dunkin.

Location is great but the store closes at 8 we went there 6.45 pm and they don’t serve anything we asked for donuts , cappuccino nothing was served. They have to update the timing or they have to serve till store closes
