Absolutely a must visit on all seasons and small pick me ups for that rough start for work, I came in half asleep and I got myself a mocha frapp. and a doughnut and now I’m wired to do my job feeling like I just left home and a family member added all their love and support for my well being. The staff is amazing, easy to speak to(even though im kinda shy when talking to new people),and most of all the atmosphere is always on a good welcoming for every single time I visited this location in general.
To the team who worked 02/04/2026 early morning needs to be acknowledged for their hard work and having everyone being able to go through and get their jobs done with a smile for the day.

I placed a mobile order around 3pm today and picked it up through the drive-thru. The food was a bit cold, but that wasn’t my main concern.
I ordered a black iced coffee with no creamer because I planned to add a protein shake. When I got it, it looked lighter than expected, so I simply asked the employee, “Does this have creamer in it?”
She responded in a very snappy tone, saying, “It says black, it’s not supposed to have creamer.” I wasn’t being rude or complaining—I was just asking a simple question to make sure my order was correct.
The interaction felt unnecessarily unfriendly, and I hope customer service can be a little more polite in the future.

Understaffed businesses lead to upset employees mistreating customers. I do not blame the employees.
I visited at 5AM to get a Sabrina Carpenter reusable cup. There were two people running the entire café when I walked in. They were so flustered that they told me they weren’t open yet. Once I confirmed that they were open, the employees told me I wasn’t allowed in the café because they were drive thru only that day. When I got to the window they kept assuming I was done ordering even though I kept adding items and wouldn’t talk to me when I got up to the drive thru.
At first I thought they were being disrespectful for no reason. Then I remembered my time in retail and being that understaffed. It was beyond stressful which resulted in me snapping at a few customers. It’s not fair but sometimes companies put their staff in terrible situations.
Dunkin needs to ensure their cafes have enough staff and value and respect each and every one of them. I’m disappointed in Dunkin. Please do better.

The crew at this location run like a well oiled machine! With so many people in line, in the drive thru, and picking up mobile orders; the were getting the food out fast and correct. I was expecting a much longer wait amd got caught up watching the great teamwork.

I came to this location today 1/11/2026 ordered a sandwich and received it incorrectly after waiting for 10 mins and dealing with rude staff.

Always great service, but need to follow directions. I asked for 6 Splenda, not sugar. I did not notice this until I drank some of the hot coffee and notice the orange sticker that said “6 sugar”. I am pre diabetic and this could be a major issue for me and others. Your staff is very friendly I must add.

Listen I know they are short staffed, and people are harsh, but when I say I love this location I love it. The people in there are amazing. Its a shorter lady I think shes the manager she is always so nice, but I love Autumn shes always on it and no matter the rudeness or stress she smiles and is just so down to earth! She is great! And i enjoy our small talks!!! There’s always a young guy working with her also he is sweet

When I come in and it is busy, they are still on it and going super fast. I really appreciate this Dunkin for their friendly attitudes and their quickness. I have not had a problem once with my order at this Dunkin regardless of how I order. THANK YOU!

We were driving to NC and had a stop over in this Dunkin . Good location. Nice and spacious parking lots . There are seats inside to sit and dine . Service was ok. Could be better .. billing was a bit slow .
Kids liked the refresher drinks.. really good . Mango refresher was super duper good . Coffee was average .. was very watery and didn’t taste fresh . Latte was good. We like the hashbrowns in Dunkin … overall a good experience but can be better .

I went through the drive-thru and received my order in record time. Then I had to stop and take a picture of this gorgeous Crape Myrtle on my way out. I know they’re all over North Carolina but I still marvel at their beauty.
