i’m on my way to work so in a little hurry. i received the most disgusting caramel coffee so now i’m at starbucks! it’s very tasteless and they have my order correct with no sugar at all in it or cream. very disappointed .

We had some good coffee today. They remodeled this Dunkin and now it’s so big and clean. We were able to sit outside but there are only 2 tables, so hopefully they add some more over time.

Not up to their usual standards. I ordered 4 coffees and was told that they had no carriers avaliable. Two of the lids were not fully attached. Now the inside of my vehicle is decorated with spilled coffee. It smells OK for the moment, but was not how I expected to start my day.

Two weeks in a row we’ve found hair in the donuts we received. Last week, they packaged a ½ dozen donuts straight in a bag, this week was at least in a box. They always have to be reminded to apply the happy hour discount. Rarely have what we actually want to order so make sure you have 2nd and 3rd options ready. Small donuts for what’s being paid. Even Walmart has better donuts.

decided to give the store another try after the make over. store looked very nice. everything put in very well. but the staff still seem like they don’t know what they’re doing. asked for hot chocolate with alittle bit of ice on it and when i got my hot chocolate it was cold and watery. then when i asked if they had any waffle cones they said they only had cake cone. (but shouldn’t they be making waffle cones every day? ) anyways beside the point. maybe the staff just needs to be trained alittle better

I was told they had new management so I decided to try this location again. It’s worse than before now! The coffee is not made correctly and always tastes burnt now. The food is absolutely disgusting…the new mini pancakes were so hard that they literally didnt tear but snapped apart and the pepper-bacon sandwich has two nearly see-through pieces of something that could possibly resemble bacon. PLEASE send a regional or district manager to this location to help train! I understand they are short staffed but there’s no reason that not one single person there can make a decent iced coffee.

The speaker at the drive-thru made communication nearly impossible. Supposed hot egg sandwiches were cold. They sweetened a coffee that wasn’t supposed to be and served an iced drink with no straw. Rated service 3/5 because the speaker isn’t their fault but all the mistakes made are.

Need to get a morning cashier that has people skills, and my order was wrong. They put a lot of granular sugar in the bottom of my coffee and I asked for liquid. They didn’t have hot food which might not have been their fault but overall a bad experience.

So I have always had good experience with this place however this morning at 7:40 I ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheese wake up wrap which came to a total of $5.31. But can someone please explain what in the heck is this. Like there is no real bacon and I might as well just have gotten their egg and cheese wrap which would have saved me $2. I didn’t have time to go back because I was already back on I-74 and with traffic would have ran late for work. This just tells me to not go to them again.

Staff is friendly but they cannot make a coffee. Ive gone several times and have asked for iced coffee with no sugar and little cream. It is literally cream with a little bit of coffee every time! How could someone drink that? When you make the coffee doesn’t anyone think hmm that looks too light? Nope they don’t care enough to train someone how to properly make coffee. They dump so much you can still see the creamer at the bottom of the cup. Not going back ever again.
