Clean and cozy Dunkin Donuts shop. Our coffee was hot, fresh and prepared as ordered. The donuts were very fresh. The staff was very friendly and chipper for it being so early in the morning. Kudos to a great staff!!

I live around the corner, so this is my go to for coffee if I’m out of milk at home. I don’t know the manager’s name, but he is awesome! He always has a big smile on his face. He remembers me every time. And I notice they have a 100% for their sanitary rating! When was the last time you saw that?! I went this morning and I have to say that was the best coffee I’ve ever gotten from them. I didn’t even have to put sugar in it.

I had to change my rating to one star….it’s cool when a order is messed up no biggie, I was willing to pay for the mini bagels this morning but glad I didn’t….they smell and taste like they were soaked or sprayed with a chemical, first time I’ve experienced this. I hope I don’t get sick and feel like this was pay back for pointing out there was a mistake. I stop here often but never will again and it disappoints me this happened because I’ve been in the service industry and I wasn’t rude about pointing out a mistake. I’ll warn my friends to not go to this specific location. The people working aren’t even rude, however, I don’t trust spending money on something here again.

Avoid this Dunkin. The staff are extremely unfriendly. They refused to make any drink we tried to order with cream instead of milk, even though every other Dunkin that we’ve ever been to will use cream upon request. Starbucks and every other coffee shop in existence will do that, but the owner of this particular franchise says that they refuse to use cream for any drinks and that milk is all they offer. After reading the other reviews about how rude the staff are for this Dunkin, I should’ve avoided it and I recommend you do the same. If you really want Dunkin, drive a little ways down the road to Nags Head!

I just left the store ordered a vanilla bean coolatta with caramel and I donut. Pull up to the window the guy gets me the wrong drink. Then has me drive around without giving me my change I have to go inside to get my change then I stand there and watch them make my drink and they reuse the same cup just pour it out in the sink!! When I ask her is that what she did she told me yes. When I asked to speak to the manager he was very rude and tried to make me take another drink after watching how unsanitary their routine was. I am just aggravated at this point and just want my money back. They’re in there speaking a whole nother language other than English in front of their customers the manager cops and attitude and goes to the back. Not only was this very unsanitary but it was also very rude I will continue to use the one in nags Head but I will never step foot and this one again!!
