We waited for 30 minutes because she wouldn’t give the guy ahead of us a cup of water and then I ordered the 6$ meal deal and she tells me the sandwich can’t come on a crossiant..and it’s only a bagel. I’ve ordered it 10 times on a crossiant. It says sandwich not bagel. Train your employees better.
Ok, went back but I don’t know why. I got an attitude for simply asking for bacon on my sandwich for the deal, I didn’t argue i just asked and then they forgot our drinks, charged 2.50 for a small water when we went back to get it. My crossiant has the tinest nonexistent top lol the workers don’t wear name tags.

Dont understand why this dunkin is lower than the one in town. This is the only one I hit in Elizabeth City now, because of the friendly attitude and customer service. I walked in to ehringhaus and was told I couldn’t use my app, I couldn’t customize. Guy seemed miserable to be in his job, then the other lady said she didnt even know how to use the register. So, overall I will only go to this one.

The restaurant was very clean and the service was friendly and fast. There was a good selection of donuts and other breakfast items. The donuts aren’t the best, in my opinion, but they aren’t bad. If you like Dunkin’, this is a good location.

I came to this location a couple days ago and The supposed manager Stephany had so much attitude for no reason. I simply asked for a dozen donuts and they said they were out of boxes and I asked if they could put the icing ones in separate bags and she said no four donuts go in a bag. So all my donuts were messed up and stuck together. I also saw her talking to an employee like they were 3. This is the worst experience I have had at Dunkin.

Food was very nasty, tasted like gas station food. spent $22 dollars on the loaded hash browns and only got like 5. the egg in the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant smelled very unpleasant. the coffee was okay.

100 out of 100… My drink was made to perfection and doughnuts were fresh (AS ALWAYS!!!) The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere is amazing is very warm, inviting and comfortable.

Have to say it was the worst drink I have ever had at Dunkin. I wanted an Iced Caramel Macchiato and got straight sweet milk, we also ordered a Cookie dough drink and it had no flavor. The donuts were hard. Very disappointed in this and to spend 16.00

Placed a mobile order for pick up at drive thru.
Drive thru had approximately 6 cars ahead of us in line starting at the ordering intercom.
After 4-5 minutes of not moving we decided to go in.
Only 2 employees. No greeting. No one talking to drive thru. Neither employee greeted me or the other customer that walked in at same time.
After waiting a few minutes I walked out and cancelled my order.
Took my business elsewhere! Unacceptable!
I understand they may be understaffed, but they can greet customers while making drinks, etc. acknowledgement of customers is crucial if you want to keep business!
Not the first time we have had problems! Usually we arrive to pick up our mobile order to find that they haven’t even seen it. Because they don’t pay attention!
