Came in to order a coffee and a refresher around 4 they made the coffee wrong they remade it and got it after 10 minutes refresher tasted nice sipped on it all day but when I got home I found a tiny piece of plastic in the cup as shown the staff on 7/16/23 around 4 was also very rude insisting the coffee was made correctly and they did not maintain a professional manner they also took 5-7 minutes to finish my transaction they didn’t have enough cash in the register to give me cleanliness was also piss poor chairs and tables were sticky bugs and bug guts on window and tables and what looks to be a significant amount of water damage and rust overall will not be going back also will be contacting the gm

The place was very clean and the people were very pleasant but the coffee I ordered was full of coffee grounds was very disheartening I’m sure when they put the lid on they saw all the floating grounds and she added the shot of Expresso into my coffee and not my husband’s..but it is what it is …and I just went an got another…they where very polite when and they offered to replace and that to me speaks volumes…

The white female skinny about 28 and fat man colored was extremely rude. They talked about 8 to 10 minutes to a customer in white pickup truck believe Ford at the drive in. After they laughed and giggled the truck parked in parking lot and I went with my cousin he wanted coffee ☕ I told him I treat him and have no coffee. Go anywhere so we went to 7-11 which was a better choice. I rate this place a 0 bad customer service

I wish they still had the powdered sugar chocolate creme filled donuts. Service is hit or miss since most of their business comes from the drive-thru, so if you go inside, you’re rolling the dice of sketchy service. Today was good, but the prices will keep me away. Two donuts (coffee roll and old-fashioned), a small coffee and a Diet Pepsi 20 oz. for over $9? Not for me, thanks

friendly staff, but dont Q/A orders correctly. asked for a bagel not toasted, it was so toasted it was a brick and the snack bacon was half chewy and half burnt. so food went into the trash can. ill just make my own food at home rather than go back to that location.

I ordered an iced coffee and coffee roll from the mobile app around 11 AM. After I got to the store, I found out they were out of coffee rolls. In fact, they were nearly out of donuts and pastries even though they close at 7 PM.

Who doesn’t like Dunkin’ Donuts? Every once in a while it is such a nice treat to pick up donuts and not cook breakfast. In my opinion Dunkin’ makes the best around here.

Waited in line for over 10 mins to order coffee… just coffee! … I don’t know how but we missed the “order box” ( most likely because my girlfriend has a super duty Ford pick up truck and we barely fit through the drive-through line we had to bring in the side mirrors ) get to the window in the employee states that we have to drive back around wait in the line again because we didn’t order our two medium coffees through the box!!! No thanks… we’ll take our business elsewhere!!

Never had any bad experience with the service in particular but the drinks/food on the other hand is a complete let down. The first 10 times I went a few years back were excellent but it slowly started getting worse. My iced macchiatos were always mixed extremely poorly. Every time I’d take a sip it was nothing but sugar grains (never asked for extra sugar). I kept going back to see if they could redeem themselves but unfortunately not. Just go to Starbucks and don’t ruin your day please.

I have tried donuts here multiple times. I will note that even though I love Duck Donuts cake donuts more than a yeast donut I still love a great yeast donut. I have had multiple types of donuts from this Dunkin’ location and most of them tasted like they were days old. They were not fresh like Krispy Kreme donuts are (even if the HOT sign is not on). I have tried their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and it was OK but I am not a fan of egg whites so it was a miss for me and we haven’t been back to get sandwiches from them. They did have a waffle sandwich that was good but I haven’t seen it back on the menu in a while.
