We’re traveling her for work from Georgia and stopped in for a hot coffee on a rainy day, but for some reason we can’t get cold foam our coffee here as we do it Georgia so we changed to the new candy bar latte which is okay just little bitter taste. So why waiting on the drink we was thinking about the Halloween donuts when we noticed the bugs flying all over them, I immediately said no thank you! Then we left! Disgusting!!

Was cut off at the intercom and told at the window she couldn’t add any more items and that I should complain to corporate not her. I was told to park and wait in a spot since our food was being made, waited for 25 minutes and then only received half of our order. We got the man’s attention who brought our food out to us and let him know half our order was missing, he then proceeded to spit on the ground and then wipe the remainder spit off with his hand and wanted to grab our bag with half of our food in it. After about 10 more minutes of waiting we went in to see the same man sitting at a table and he never told anybody about our missing food. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed in this dunkin donuts. I will never buy from here again.

Stop through here every now and then to pickup doughnuts for my daughters. The people working the drive thru are always nice and there is never a wait in the drive thru. My daughters love the strawberry cream with sprinkles and chocolate doughnuts.

Customer service is always garbage. I came late in the afternoon and early in the morning. Same people. Made my order wrong and made it worse the second time. Not worth the headache. Im planning on calling corporate be sure something needs to change.

I have tried donuts here multiple times. I will note that even though I love Duck Donuts cake donuts more than a yeast donut I still love a great yeast donut. I have had multiple types of donuts from this Dunkin’ location and most of them tasted like they were days old. They were not fresh like Krispy Kreme donuts are (even if the HOT sign is not on). I have tried their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and it was OK but I am not a fan of egg whites so it was a miss for me and we haven’t been back to get sandwiches from them. They did have a waffle sandwich that was good but I haven’t seen it back on the menu in a while.
I always have had great service. The service isn’t the issue here. It is the quality of the food. I do not plan on going here anymore personally.

The manager here clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing. They’re always understaffed and their reward scanner inside never works. They need a new manager in all honesty. The rest of the staff is friendly and hard working.

A couple of evenings ago my children and I went to this location for some hot coco and donuts, when I get to the check out window the window cashier, I thought, handed me three separate bags each with its own donut. She proceeds to tell me she thought she heard kids in the car…. and she took the time to put each donut in its own bag so each of my toddlers could have their own bag. My children were so happy to each have their own bag like big girls. Come to find out she is a manager. I was so pleased by just the small gesture and bright smile. Her customer service and thoughtfulness was a perfect example to my babies of what a good person does for others in small ways. I hope she get to read this. It was in the evening, and she was so very nice.
