Very disappointing experience at Dunkin Donuts tonight.
When we were ordering at the drive-through, we could clearly hear another employee on the mic talking negatively about our order. It was rude, unprofessional, and honestly ruined the experience. We were just trying to grab some donuts, but instead got treated with disrespect. I hope management looks into this and reminds their staff that customers can hear what’s being said over the headset. Definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I just went through and ordered a hot coffee and had to repeat how much cream and sugar I wanted three times they still got it wrong and I asked for my drink to be stirred none of it got done correctly not the first time but it will be the last for that one.

I walked into the store at Dunkin because I saw nobody was inside, but there was a line of cars when I walked in, I was immediately yelled at from across the counter at the person cooking saying that I came during the busiest time during the rush that she has several sandwiches to make for one order and that if I’m in a hurry, it’s gonna be a minute to the top of her lungs as somebody that has worked previously in the service industry for several years I found this offensive, rude and not very friendly. There is a way to communicate that you are busy/running behind and screaming is not the way to do it. I immediately walked out and went to a place that would serve me quickly and fast with kindness, so I drove down the road to Starbucks, and was greedy with sweet patients kindness, and they served me my drink and food within three minutes. I have never felt more unwelcome or unwanted the minute. I walked into a place before that.

Oh dunkin where do I begin, first I will say the service and food was amazing but gracious goodness I went into the bathroom and let me tell you the toilet wasn’t flushed and someone left the water running and lawd all I can say is I hope yall keep up the good work but that was just yeah.

Secretly charged me a dollar extra because I asked for a large cup with ice in it for my double shot of espresso. Even though it already comes in a cup and I was just asking for a different one. Stealing from regular customers is not a good look.

I came in with my daughter for a mother/daughter breakfast date. The staff was kind and patient with my daughter as she ordered her hot chocolate and donut. I then ordered my coffee and snackin bacon. The staff was quick to get it out and it was accurate. The table we sat at was clean and surrounding areas was clean. We can’t wait to come back and try the ice cream.

Rude was there early in the morning ordered something not what i expected the employee with the large gang tattoo on her arm was super rude and scary told me to come in for my refund I guess they were going to jump me she proceeded to fuss me out and her coworker told her to stop but she persisted never again

The staff needs better training. Serving steaming hot drinks in their plastic cups is not only a silly idea, but a dangerous one at that.
Softening the plastic so it will squish and spill out easier in the handoff is a great way to burn someone.
