Came to the reviews section. Looks like I’m not alone. I would give this location so much business if they weren’t so consistently horrendous. I had an extra hour this morning so I actually waited. I saw 4 people walk out while I waited for 30 minutes. Dunkin, this manager needs to be replaced, along with all the staff.

The morning shifts at this Dunkin’ Donuts are horrible. Our order is incorrect more often than not, and we have given this place multiple opportunities. This morning we drove off without our order bc the store doors were locked and no one would come to the window. The store opened at 5am and our order was placed 6:34. To make things worse, when you call the “customer service “ number to get a refund, I was told they forwarded a message to the franchisee to reach back out to me and there was nothing else they could do. July the way this store is run, I’m highly doubtful that call will come. So disappointed 🙁

Waited 20 minutes just for my order to be wrong. When I ordered there was original glazed donut holes. I ordered just the original because there was a bunch in the case and wanted to get in and out of there fast. While I’m waiting I noticed none of the workers are wearing gloves or hairnets and the woman making drinks is carelessly sticking her hand in the whip topping on each drink. So after waiting 20 minutes I finally confront them about my order and they acted oblivious to the fact they were even working let alone that people had orders! Waited another 5 minutes for my order. Order was still wrong.

Went to Dunkin in Nashville on Thursday 1-22-26, at about 625pm. Doors locked, hours had been removed from front entrance. Lights on, chairs still down on floor, employees were inside, shook doors, employees never bothered to look or anything at entrance. Was no sign saying to use drive-thru.

I just want to give a shoutout to the crew on 11/22 around 9 am. We stopped there on the way to VA & the drive thru was backed up so I went inside. Clearly they were so busy but the level of professionalism from this young group was impressive. They were ALL working so hard to get through their rush. Great job!!!!

If there was an award for being the worst Dunkin’ then this wins hands down. Waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and not move one car? What the hell are y’all doing in there? It’s just coffee people! There is absolutely no direction or leadership in this place. People just walking around aimlessly not knowing what the hell they are supposed to be doing next. Is there even a manager in this place???? If so, then what in the absolute hell are you doing???? Y’all, don’t even go here. Save yourself some time and drive to Rocky Mount. I guarantee you can get your coffee and probably even do some shopping in Rocky Mount and come back to Nashville before they ever think about your order.

Every single drink order was wrong, the food was somewhat right, the staff using no gloves while handling food and whip cream, extremely rude when we asked on the status of our food after been waiting for 30 min. No wonder they have a 92 rating.

I visited today with my two grandkids. I failed to get the names of the two employees but they were just the nicest people. It was two young ladies. They were so sweet to the kids. So friendly to me. Their attitudes brightened my day.

Hot chocolate wasn’t even room temp. When I asked about it she left for about 30 seconds (I’m sure to put it in the microwave) and it a little warmer. I know they didn’t remake it bc the whipped cream was still on it and it takes longer than that to steam the milk. Employees were friendly but quality is awful
