Ten employees put me off and told me they didn’t know how to make vanilla ice coffee. Wouldn’t try. I waited forty mins for them to find out from someone in the office how to do it….newsflash it was nobody they had a training manual on the counter and refuse when I asked could this help. I even offered to get somthing else. They said we don’t do that. I finally after an hour and standing my ground to get an order. Got water down ice coconut milk water. With a splash of coffee flavor. It was awful. I wanted my money back. They dumped out and wash in sink and people were coming in fussing at em and having to correct donut orders even the drive thru was a big scene. Don’t eat and drink from here not even a try in hopes it will be good. getting sick is next. Trust me. Nasty products restaurant and even nastier attitudes.

Do you not go to this location? They served room temperature milk with butter pecan flavor the wait was about 20 minutes. 30 minutes after opening there was no coffee made there was absolutely no coffee in my latte. Messed up my timing on my road trip do yourself a favor do not go there.

Don’t eat at LKC we got Greek salad, small, wilted, very little of anything, one slice red onion! Chicken was ok, small pieces not wings it’s popcorn chicken. Overall wish we didn’t order there.

Worst experience at a Dunkin’ ever! Used the app to order, as I do most days at numerous stores (I travel often). My credit card was changed 4 times yet my order did not go through. Was told to come in and talk to the manager who told me it was my credit card issue. Called my credit card company, it was the Dunkin’ store’s processor that was faulty! NOT MY CARD. Manager was rude and condescending and never even asked to fill my order in person. TRAVELERS BE AWARE!
