Let me tell you what they’re out of greeting you when you come in to the store, napkins, receipt paper to get a verified receipt. When we came in the store we were ignored for several minutes and then asked to use the kiosk. After attempting an order not finding milk or water asked for help. The clerk took our order and found out that they charge for tap $0.25 btw they had no bottled water. I decided to pay for tap because I didn’t want a coffee since it was 1pm. I will say our food was very hot and tasted good.

We waited in line for 20 minutes in the drive-through for our box of 25 count munchkins. I ordered blueberry, chocolate, wicked and glazed. The girl said “so assorted” and I said “no I don’t want any powder.” She said OK. Here’s what we got. See pic. If the line weren’t still so long, or we weren’t still in pajamas, we would go in and get this order corrected. It seems like every time we go here I say OK we can’t come here again because they always get our order wrong but then I keep going back. A glutton for punishment, I guess you’d say.

Honestly I have tried three times to come to this location and order a simple iced coffee and each time I have waited 20+ minutes at the drive thru. I’m not sure why because there is never more than 1-2 cars ahead of me. Do better Dunkin.

Usually their food and coffee is pretty good but half the time they burn the heck out of my food. How any of these employees thinks it is acceptable to give a customer a crossoint that has been through the fire and flames, and came back from the depths of the land down under, is beyond me.

Came in to grab coffee and some food. Person was working behind the register with a customer while I waited in line. Once they were done, the person behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge my existence, grabbed a garbage bag and walked away. Plenty of other folks working and not one even looked my way until my order, which had to be done through the kiosk, was completed. Do better please

Horrible experience, ordered 6 doughnuts from the kiosk, and when it came time to get me the doughnuts they were out of literally almost every one. When I received my coffee, they didn’t make it correct either, they missed the flavor. Worst experience I have ever had a a Dunkin. I suggest not going to this one.

We were here at 6:45 PM and the doors were locked, even though the posted hours say they close at 7:00 PM. It’s really frustrating to show up before closing time and not be able to get inside. If the store is going to close early, the hours should be updated so customers aren’t inconvenienced.

They were in a bit of a rush so some time extra time was expected. They needed a floor manager there to organize everyone. It was a bit of a shiz show. Almost everyone that ordered had to ask for corrections to their order. I ordered via app and it took 40 minutes to get a Box o’ Joe. When you got their attention the service was nice but they were just super unorganized.
