I went for the first time to dunkin and Baskin Robbins on hwy. 117 in goldsboro on 10/07/25. I ordered ice cream and the young lady who waited on me was very nice very pleasant. The Baskin Robbins ice cream was very good and the atmosphere in the shop was very positive. They have a variety of donuts to choose from and also a good variety of ice cream. Try the butter pecan it’s great. They have a good place to sit on the inside and some tables with umbrellas to sit on the outside if you want to. I would highly recommend it.

Good service. Staff was professional and friendly. They heated my coffee rolls and the coffee was fresh. We received our order in no time. There were no lines. Our wxperience was positive. Inside Dunkin looked new or renovated.

My husband and I ordered the mango refresher and his sourdough sandwich (turned out fine), but my bagel sandwich and hash browns were another story. Aside from them being literally so hot that through the bag it was hard to hold, the bagel was straight up burnt and the hole of the bagel was so open that I think I got half the bagel I paid for and there was not even enough hash browns to fill half the tiny bag. I, my fault, didn’t check it until we were 20 min away because the bag was so hot to begin with. I worked in food service for many years of my life so I hate leaving a negative review but I feel like I spent money for nothing.

I visit this Dunkin often and I can say, it’s almost always clean inside and around the parking lots as well. I have yet to have a bad customer service experience. My only complaint is I’ve had a few coffee orders that have coffee spilled along the side of the cup. It’s not presentable to customers. New cup please, if you spill coffee

Absolutely incredible service and food. This is the cleanest Dunkin I’ve been to. The owner and his wife are amazing. They treat their employees and customers like family. While there, various customers came in and were greeted by name from the owners. I 100% recommend this location!!

Nice location. It was pretty clean, the food was good, and the workers were friendly. My only complaint was that there was no changing table in either restroom. I had to change my baby’s diaper on the floor in the bathroom.

Ordered an online order through the mobile app. I chose to pick up via curb side. Followed directions in the app didn’t see a parking spot specifically for curb side, so I picked a spot up front and turned on my hazard lights. I sat up there for 30 minutes. Went inside. They weren’t busy at all drive-thru nor the front. There was one customer in there when I went in and said that I was there for a curb side order. The employee informed me that they don’t do the curb side at that location.
