I only leave bad reviews if it’s bad. We pulled into the drive through at 8:45am. They weren’t that busy. We ordered at 8:49. Order was not complicated. No special requests, just like they come: 2 med iced Dunkalattes, 3 Avocado Bacon Toasts, 1 order of Hashbrowns, 2 Bacon Wraps. The total: $31.80. We get to the window, the guy said they only charged us for 1 Avacado Bacon Toast and he had to bill us for 2 more, the bill went up to $37.38, and now we need to pull up to wait on the 2 other orders of toast. We pull up. Wait 10 minutes. Finally the order comes out: No hashbrowns, 2 toasts have no bacon. I go in. I wait in line to tell the lady. She looked scared to death to tell the cooks that they made the order wrong. So she tells me that they didn’t charge for bacon and that she’ll have to charge me. Instead of arguing, I go back out to the car to get the receipt. I show her where we were billed and paid for the bacon. She goes over to tell the ones cooking and they give her so much attitude. Remind you, it’s their error. The ticket was correct. I’m pretty sure one of them was the manager. I wait an additional 5 minutes to get soggy hashbrowns, and two pieces of toast with a half of piece of burnt bacon sprinkled on top. We already had not complained about the watered down drinks they brought out because they had sat on the counter for 10 minutes while they made the toast with no bacon. At this point it’s 9:14. We still did not complain. We just took the food and left. The food didn’t taste terrible, the drinks were good, and the wraps were on point. That’s the reason for 2 stars and not 1. If the older guy in the collared shirt was indeed the manager, he needs to do better. The girl at the register shouldn’t be scared to let the cook team know THEY made a mistake and she shouldn’t be met with terrible attitudes for asking them to do their job.

Had a great stop. Truly a celebration of doughnut and doughnut abilities. I would eat 5 nay 75 of these magnificent doughnuts. The staff are fantastic. I got the Baker’s choice, and know I’m not lying when I say the baker chose well! A doughnut with a doughnut hole on top? Inspired. No wonder America runs on this!

Convenient location. Fast & friendly service. Great decor. Well lit. Fresh hot coffee & doughnuts. Plenty varieties of ice cream. Plenty of parking. Lots of merchandise. Affordable menu. Clean & safe. Ask for Jessica. She is so knowledgeable and helpful.

I’m from Boston where on every other corner there is a Dunkin, I’ve had a Dunkin order since I was 10, and I know what its supposed to taste like. This branch is awful. This used to be the only Dunkin for miles, I used to travel 45 mins from Princeton NC to treat myself. But no more! The iced coffee/espresso/cold brew has consistently tasted like dirty water. I don’t know what they started doing up there, but I’m done ‘checking to see if the issue is resolved’…. they just sell dirty water as their coffee now. I wasn’t the only person that picked up a mobile order and didn’t care for the coffee flavored dirty water, another customer was up there with the same issue. It’s a shame as this is the most convenient Dunkin to my house.
I will only be visiting the 42 Dunkin. Thankfully I had no issues getting a refund.

Both the morning and evening managers are awesome! Scott makes sure to put me some old fashion donuts aside(always sold-out by noon) for me and my little one! The current staff is great too!
Update: customer service here is top tier…Julia and Makayla are aways going out of their way to get my order right and tasting how I like!!

Sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes with one other car in front of me with one person. got my drink, which was free because of my rewards that I earned, and it tasted like a water with cookie butter flavor. Second time I have had this experience here… terrible coffee
