Took my first sip of my Large peppermint mocha and 1 it tasted nothing like a peppermint mocha, 2 it was half full: the photos are after I took the lid off from my FIRST SIP. My husbands cookie butter iced coffee was also not flavored at all. For over $6 per drink this is beyond ridiculous.

I’d like to give a huge shout-out to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Archdale, NC — especially to Lele, who is hands-down the hardest worker I’ve seen in any fast-food restaurant I’ve ever visited. Every time I walk in, she’s buzzing around the store making coffee at what feels like the speed of light.
Her name fits her perfectly, too. In Hawaiian, “Lele” means “to fly” or “to jump” — and that’s exactly what she does, flying from task to task with nonstop energy. In Chinese, “Lele” means “joy” or “happiness,” and she brings both to every shift. Whether she’s greeting customers, working the line, or keeping everything moving smoothly, she does it with a genuine smile and a spirit that brightens the whole place.
Dunkin’ Donuts is lucky to have someone like Lele. If they’re not taking great care of her, they risk losing an incredible asset. She’s the kind of employee who makes customers want to come back again and again.

Probably the best Dunkin’ donut store I’ve ever seen. It looks beautiful on the outside, the inside is big spacious and clean. They have a good variety and the bathrooms are clean too. Very impressive. They have drive thru as well.

I come here every morning and get a mocha iced latte or a caramel iced latte. The staff is always nice. The issue is the inconsistency of the drinks. Some days my drinks have 1 or 2 pumps of mocha or caramel when it’s 4 by default for a large. Yesterday I found a coffee bean in my latte lol some days they make it right but when I ask for extra pumps in case they don’t make it right sometimes it’s too much because the one girl there makes it right. Sometimes it tastes EXTREMELY burnt. they definitely need to fix this issue it’s extremely inconsistent and puts a damper on ur morning coffee. The food is good tho.

This dunkin sucks. They never get my order right. I order a bacon egg and chz with cream cheese and wrong. I order a large brown sugar shaken and they don’t even fill it up all the way. If I’m playing almost 17 dollars for someone please get it right.

Sweetest staff as I came through this afternoon to get something for myself and let them know my deaf dog was in the back seat. They gave Bolt a pup cup and he loved it. Loved my order, it was perfect! Great experience! Definitely coming back!

I went there this morning and generally it’s been a good experience every time. I’m not sure what happened, but whoever was mixing the coffee this morning didn’t do a very good job and the coffee tasted old and there’s hardly any flavor in the coffee. Very disappointed because usually it’s not an issue, the staff is also very nice. Hope yall are good.

Third time in a row now having issues. This time missing my two doughnuts and the bagel was suppose to have cream cheese in it and only half the bagel had cream cheese on it it was so thin it was like eating a plain bagel. Very disheartening that this is how little they think of there customers to even get an order right.

I can honestly say, this is the worst place I have ever been to in my life!! $30 for nasty cold food. The bagels were like bricks and I got 5 cold hash rounds, took them back and the little girl got mad! Should have known not to come here, there is never more than 2 cars in the parking lot!!! NASTY and over priced!!!
