A couple of months ago I gave this location another chance because I had heard that they were better than before. I had stopped coming about a year ago because my drinks were never made right and the customer service was so awful. However, I would say that they are much better than before. The drinks are made right the majority of time and if for some reason it needs correction they are so quick to correct them and are appreciative of customer feedback. I appreciate the management, the staff, and the fact that I feel valued as a customer again!!

Worst Dunkin experience I’ve had…ever. Came for ice cream. Workers were sitting down at the tables and some were outside on the phone. Establishment was dirty- floors and counters. When I asked to taste a flavor the worker had no idea what flavor it was and it was not labeled. The tester spoon was grabbed with his bare hands. The person scooping my ice cream insisted on a cup rather than the cone I wanted. Come to find out he couldn’t scoop ice cream so I got a cup with a cone on top. went to pay and stood there while everyone looked at me until they decided who would ring me up. Waste of money and time.

OH MY GOD! This is the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. I was serviced by the one and only Darrein! This man gave me the BEST suggestion OF MY LIFE. This drink order developed my frontal lobe. If you’re wondering what he made me (insert drum roll) he made me a “Mango Pineapple refresher with oak milk”. My manz need a raise and some praise! Go try this awesome location and drink (also say hi to Darrein)!

Staff seemed annoyed I was even in the drive thru for one. Two, I waited an extended amount of time only to get the wrong food. I realized when I was at work so I had to turn all the way around and go back. Staff was upset I came back to have my order corrected; “she really came back over some wrong food” one female staff member stated not realizing that the drive thru window was still open & I could hear them! Completely wrong order! Ordered a bacon egg & cheese wake up wrap & hash browns. I understand mistakes happen but to have a nasty attitude & talk negatively is absurd.

Zacharias is such a bright worker and if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have came in today! He knew the store like the back of his hand telling me everything they had in stock and the prices for them too. I will be coming back here more often seeing how lively the workers are!

Absolutely horrible location! They fail to acknowledge you when you pull up to the drive thru and then when you get to the window to pay the service is even worse. Rather than a pleasant interaction I was received with a blank stare, given crappy coffee that was not made correctly and then as I waited for the rest of my order I was told what was I waiting on and I asked for my food and the employee proceeded to catch an attitude. Top it off when I got home, my empanada definitely did not have bacon egg and cheese. It was empty and cold and my coffee tasted worse than gas station coffee. Absolutely pathetic establishment and employees.

YES YES YES!!!! Better than Starbucks me and my friend went for the first time and absolutely LOVE! Have to try the snackin bacon! I am now on my 3rd bag of it! Really sweet atmosphere too!!!!
