Update : not sure if there are just a whole of new employees but it literally tells you how to make the triple mocha frozen coffee. They never put the drizzle around the cups anymore. It’s on the long list that’s always on the cups. Pretty easy to read, but lately its just a long wait while employees talk and stand around and the drinks get made wrong, then just sit by the drive thru window to melt until they are done talking to each other. Customers paying for their drinks, you’d think they’d learn to make them right. Or… ..hear me out… ..make them right because the customer is paying for it and hand it the customer as soon as its done, so you know, its a triple mocha FROZEN coffee when we drink it. Not an iced mocha from it sitting. And please make them right. Chocolate drizzle AROUND the cup. Past 5 times its not been there and nobody has time to sit and argue. Also this last time the avocado toast was super sour. Do you know how you get sour avocado? Contact with bacteria. I stopped eating it but hoping i don’t get sick. Tried to call to let them know about the toast that im about to puke everywhere but the disnt answer. So this is me proving that. Attached picture of call. Do better dunkin

Hit or miss with good service. Feel like, if you can’t handle dealing with customers, at a place where you know, you deal with people… ..this job isnt for you and you need to work somewhere else. And if you can’t get another job, pretend you like it, because you know, you get paid to work with people.

I think the picture unfortunately speaks for itself. I ordered a medium and was handed a cup that was halfway full. I never leave bad reviews but come on the staff were nice, but i wasn’t able to have this remade due to having an appointment.

She tells me it shouldn’t take long another 5 minutes ridiculous. As I’m inside I see they also had the donut my daughter wanted I’m like so ya lied about having the donuts smh . Not going back

What ever happened to dunkin donuts? You used to walk in and see a whole big wall of donuts to pick from. NIw only a few different kinds. I wanted the old time favorite of a long John. No such thing in the store. My husband got apple fritters that smelled and tasted like bananas. Why would this be? They only good thing is that they were fresh. Not impressed.

When I order a large beverage and the cup is barely half full. I didn’t ask for half foam in my matcha latte. Do better Dunkin. I’ve given multiple opportunities and now I will take my business elsewhere.

I had the chance to stop by this new cafe on Christmas Day, and I thought I’d share my experience. First off, the place is brand spanking new, which was a nice change. It was clean, bright, and had this welcoming vibe right from the start. They had a pretty impressive selection of donuts on display, which caught my eye immediately.

One cool feature they had was this self-service check out machine. I thought that was a neat idea, especially for folks who are in a rush. So, I decided to give their app a try and order through that. Surprisingly, the process was smooth and my order was ready pretty quickly. To my delight, they even added extra munchkins to my order – I got 20 instead of the usual 10, which was a nice surprise.

However, not everything was perfect. I’m a bit of a coffee aficionado, so I was looking forward to trying their Macchiato. But it was a letdown, to be honest. It was way too milky and lacked that strong coffee flavor I was craving. I mean, a Macchiato is supposed to have more coffee than a cappuccino, right? But this one just missed the mark. It was a bit of a bummer since I was expecting something with a bit more kick to it.

This experience kind of put a damper on the visit for me. Don’t get me wrong, the place has a lot going for it – the cleanliness, the donut selection, and the convenience of the vending machine. But when you’re a coffee lover like me, a bad cup can really make or break your experience.

So, in a nutshell, if you’re going for the donuts or want a quick, convenient service, this cafe’s a great spot. But if you’re particular about your coffee, you might want to keep your expectations in check. Despite the coffee hiccup, I might give them another try, maybe for a different drink next time.

Went in there today and stood at the counter not super long but long enough to get annoyed and nobody even spoke to me. It’s not that hard to acknowledge me and let me know you will be with me in a min. Maybe if the place was very busy I could understand but they weren’t. I just think it’s rude and unprofessional to not acknowledge someone standing at the counter waiting on you, while you carry on a conversation with your co-worker. Again it’s not like I was standing there an eternity maybe 3-5 which would’ve been fine with a hello I’ll be right with you.

Don’t normally go there but thought we’d give it a try. Went twice in two days. First day it was in the evening. They have 3 digital menu boards. Not a mention of donuts on any of them. Had to ask the price of donuts. He pointed to a clear plastic sicker with white letters on the clear glass case with the donuts. Got 2 glazed Sour Cream. We ate them on the way home. It was like they should have been on sale as day olds. Had occasion to be in town the next morning so I thought I’d give it another shot. Much fresher. However, it will be tough to convince me that those donuts are made in-store. They may be baked or microwaved and glazed there but they are not created there. If I am wrong I apologize. We sent 20 years in the military and I know institutional food.
