I love the Dunkin in Clemmons, NC. I placed my order at the drive thru and realized I left my wallet at home. I told the manager to cancel my order because I didn’t have my wallet. She said come on around we gotcha. I said that’s okay. She insisted I get my order and wouldn’t take any of the money I did have with me. They are always so nice and get my order correct every time. She even remembers to give me decaf when I forget to mention it.

Don’t get donuts from here. Even early in the morning the donuts are dried out and stale. They can’t count (gave us 11) or keep track of your order. Not worth it at all.

Just got back home from picking up food this morning. I havent been to Dunkin in awhile, so I thought it would be nice to get a donut and some coffee and picked up hashbrowns for my son. Got home to eat and drink my “coffee” and was disappointed enough to leave a review. Food tastes like chemicals, and its stale. My son didnt even want the hashbrowns and normally he will destroy hashbrowns. The coffee tastes terrible tried to add my own creamer to it to try and save it but that didnt work either. Save your money. I just wasted $8.

This review is going to upset some people i know at this location, however I went in this morning and even though I was seen and looked at multiple times I had to wait 8 minutes before anyone asked what i needed. Then the girl that did assist (Aliyaah) me simply asked what I needed, I said i need to place an order, she said for me to move closer to her and I did. I asked for a $6 meal and she rudely told me it wasn’t available and never even tried to ask if I wanted to order those items anyway. I told her I was just going to leave and she just said ok. Crappy customer service, rude attitude….she couldn’t even have a smile. And on top of that in the 8 minutes I was there this same girl came and went from the ladies room twice they were rather quick trips so I assume she smoking her vape in there. Sadly the manager was not there to talk to. But this mean little girl should not be there.

I get dunkin almost every morning before school and I love how nice the people are! Every time I’m greeted with such kindness. Also if you haven’t tried their maple bacon croissant you definitely should!

Wow !!! Way better than Starbucks, at least in Clemmons. The selection and quality of the sandwiches and sweets are much better. The coffees are just as good. The service was impeccable and efficient, unlike Starbucks. I went to church early, and then to DD. When I arrived, the place was packed, especially the drive thru. I thought, oh God, here we go, but no, I was drinking and eating in 10 minutes or less.
DD also has a kiosk where you can order, Starbucks does not.

I found it interesting that Starbucks in Clemmons is an all white crew, and Dunkin Doughnuts is an all black crew. Why am I surprised that DD is by far the better run establishment? I am as white as you can get and far from WOKE. KUDOS TO DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS, CLEMMONS.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Dunkin’ location was absolutely unacceptable. The manager on duty was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive of both customers and employees. They seemed more interested in being confrontational than actually providing good service. It was shocking to witness such hostility in a place that’s supposed to be welcoming.

So I ordered online this morning for a pickup and when I got to the store it was not open. I called back to explain my situation and they offered free drinks and food for the inconvenience. New management and employees. Great way to redeem themselves. Dominique was very friendly during my time in the store.

Update as of 8-16. I needed a gift card and stop in. The staff were busy with drive thru and told myself and another customer that they would take care of us on a few minutes! When it was my turn, i was nicely greeted by Melody and she asked what I needed with a smile. I said I needed a gift card. She showed me where the gift cards were and took care of me. She was very friendly and helpful! Because of that interaction, I gave them more stars.

BEC bagel was luke warm, cheese not melted, bagel tough to chew and not appetizing at all. Coffee wasn’t filled all the way.
