This was my first time at the Wheeling location, I spent $20 for the new cookie butter cold foam latte, the loaded hash browns and the donut holes. The latte was amazing, 10/10 recommend. The loaded hash browns, for the price point, I thought I’d get more. Instead I got like 5-6 cold as ice hash browns with a teeny bit of cheese and bacon on top. Had to heat it up when I got home and it was super salty. If I could give it a negative number I would. The donut holes were stale and I specifically customized my order to get wicked ones. There was no wicked ones in the bag whatsoever. I normally don’t leave reviews or complain at all. But I was super disappointed. Sorry

I placed an order on the app. When I got there they said the espresso machine was broken. Not their fault, so not a huge deal. However, I was offered a drip coffee as replacement. Considering I paid more than double what that would cost, I asked for a refund. I was told to go to the manager, so I did. She just left me standing there for several minutes while she messed around with receipts. I ended up leaving, so I wouldn’t be late for work. I tried contacting Dunkin’ and was just ignored. I guess I’m just out $5. I rarely came here, anyway, because the service is always slow and rude. Definitely will never be back!

Customer service there is a joke. I asked for a couple extra squirts of flavor, and she very rudely yells, “I can’t just give that to you! It’s 90¢ more per squirt!”
I cannot believe that after all the money they get by overcharging their customers, that they worry about charging their customers per squirt. And, when I went into the DoorDash App, to take a look at the prices, DoorDash doesn’t charge for the 1st 7 squirts of flavor, so that store associate is wrong, and therefore, should be held accountabe. I dealt with that store associate at 2:05pm, today(1-27-26), and she wasn’t wearing a name tag, or badge. I hope that a Supervisor, or store Manager teaches her a lesson on Customer Service, and using manners. There was no need for the disrespect.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. My order is never correct and always miss g at least one item. The manager is less than one star worthy as he has been zero help and actually gave me attitude because I complained. Wish I could give less than one star! Go to Moundsville if you’re able to avoid this location!!!!

I just went through this drive thru and my order was messed up. I called and Kay handled it so politely and professionally, apologized for the mistake, and offered to fix it/replace it in the future. I felt so weird calling but she was so nice and cool about the whole situation I’ll definitely be going back to this location in the future thanks to Kay (:

I ordered a 25 assorted munchkin box and got pretty much all pumpkin munchkins. I never call over little stuff like this but I did because they were for my kid and my kid wouldn’t eat them. They apologized and offered to fix it for me. Great customer service. Very kind and understanding , didn’t seem bothered that I called whatsoever. I think this is a great location.

I’ve always loved Dunkin, but this location is terrible. The lady at the counter always has an attitude. The last two times I’ve ordered here my drink is handed to me a quarter of the way empty. Make sure to check if you order donuts that you get what you order, because they will just give you random donuts in your box and hand it out the window.

Beyond irritated. Aside from the constant issues with slow service and being out of most donuts before noon, had an employee outright lie to us today. We ordered a donut, we’re told they had it, then get to the window and then they don’t have it. She offered glazed, and we asked if they had anything else, she said “glazed is the closest.” Then asked “but do you have anything else?” She then walks away and comes right back with a curt “we only have glazed.” Take it off the order. Whatever. Called immediately to the store and ask about their selection and they tell us 3-4 different donuts that they have available. I understand it was busy but don’t lie to people because you’re lazy. Go home if you’re over it. Just save yourself the trouble and drive to Moundsville Dunkin.
