The photos explains everything. I will not order again. The chocolate was smeared everywhere and I know this didn’t happen during the delivery. How these donuts got tossed around in a tight box is a mystery. I didn’t get my full refund from door dash either. Waste of money down the trash along with these donuts.

We went thru the drive thru to get 2 coffees and one frappe, 15 mins later still had 4 cars in front of us, not moving at all, we decided to walk in because no one was inside, after i got into the store explained we were in the drivethru and decided to come in. They couldn’t find the order, had to redo it, still 29 mins later no drinks, we got a refund and left, went somewhere else, took 7 mins total to get the same drinks. Stay away from the store unless you have all day!

I’m not lying when I say this was the nicest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to! The staff were incredibly friendly, and so kind. Also the freshest donuts my kids and I have ever had! They were amazing, and we’ve had a lot of donuts.

Updated Review: This location has become my favorite place to get My Iced Vanilla Bean Latte!!! Was there about 11:30 this morning and the staff is so friendly and completely awesome!!! They definitely have a regular customer in me!!!i tried leaving a 2nd review but i just had to add to my other review from weeks ago!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!
OLDER REVIEW…decided to give this location another try and I am happy I did. So I am deleting my 1 star review for a 5 star. The employees was cheerful and sweet. My Iced Vanilla Bean Latte was EXCELLENT!! I watched them make it and I can say they definitely make it like it should be made. They now have a Regular Customer! Keep up the good work!!!

My wife and I frequent Dunkin’s wherever we go. The Shakin Espresso my wife got here tasted like a chemical cleaner had been added to it.

Waited over 30 minutes for a $5 freezer burnt sandwich, 2 iced coffees that tasted like a septic tank and the only decent thing was the doughnut bites. The 3 male workers stood there with their thumbs up their hind end while the one girl ran the show. They obviously shouldn’t work with the public if they can’t do simple tasks such as taking orders and making drinks. Do better.

Ordered online, a frozen drink, a bagel and 5 munchkins. The drink wasn’t frozen it was more like room temperature, the bagel was burnt , and I had to ask for my munchkins. They forgot they said. They weren’t busy! I can see why. My first and last time at this location. It’s a shame, great location but that’s about it.
