I went in today with my mom and sister they order a caramel macchiato with skim milk and extra expresso shot and a mix Berry smoothie my mom’s coffee wasn’t made right and they told us to pull out back to wait for the smoothie. We sat outside for 10 minutes waiting on one small smoothie. I went inside wasn’t rude all I said was we’ve been waiting out back for 10 minutes for a smoothie. The one girl said there was no reason to yell I wasn’t yelling. They all started being rude and just out right unprofessional when I said it should not have taken 10 minutes for a smoothie. This is the worst service we have ever gotten there.

I tried something new today and got the chicken, bacon, and cheese croissant! Although the bacon didn’t seem too cooked it was still very good! The iced coffee was perfect just the way I ordered it and when I got to the store I only waited for a min or two for my to go order to be ready! (I placed the order 2 minutes before I got here)

My wife ordered the same product three times before she got a response. She said thank you three times each time she was looked at with a blank stare, no “ you are welcome “ nothing just fast , rude , low quality service from people who get mad when you order something extra. In addition the coffee was bland and watered down, absolutely a zero star experience.

Ordered two milkshakes. Employee told me to drive around back at the first door and they would bring it out. 15 minutes later nobody still came out. Walked inside and told them, they completely forgot and had no idea what I was taking about. Seriously, get it together folks. Customer service seems to not be a priority. I’d go elsewhere

I go every morning and I’m greeted with nothing but smiles and kindness. The managers & staff all know me by name and treat me as if I were family.. if something is ever wrong with my order, they are quick to fix it and apologize. The young adults work very hard as they are always busy and have A-line out to the main road.. Their Drive Thru runs pretty quick depending on the person in front of you and if they know what they’re going to order.. My experience it’s people not knowing what they want that holds up the line not so much the staff.. In the early morning if I’m ever at the back of the line the longest it’s ever taken me is 8 minutes to get through. They are wonderful!! I will continue to go here as often as possible just because of the service!
