I got medium coffee and coffee roll. I told the gentleman three times to give me sweet and low on the side. He agreed but the it was not there. Good thing I looked. Everybody makes mistakes, including me, so I was not upset. But maybe my review will help him remember next time. Love their coffee! Very friendly.

I can’t believe I haven’t left a review on this little shop yet. The people here are so incredibly sweet. The owners are fantastic! It’s not just a regular dunkin’ donuts if you take the time and engage, the owners will welcome you in have conversation with you, get to know you by name and they’ll remember what you like. So when you go in the next time they’re already making it.

This Dunkin used to be very good. I don’t know what has been going on lately but something has changed. In my last 5 trips there not once has my drink been correct. I usually get an iced latte and the flavoring is nearly non existent now. I’ve had to ask for an extra pump of syrup bc it’s so tasteless. They have been coming out darker than usual. Not sure if they are shorting the pumps to try to save product/money but I’m done wasting my money. My last order was a mobile one and they completely forgot to add syrup. I had to turn around and go back to get another one made.

We frequent this location as it is the only Dunkin around. I have now went 2 different occasions and at around 6 pm and there is not 1 donut available. It seems to me if that is one of your specialties. You would definitely make sure you don’t run out. It almost would be like Chick-fil-A running out of chicken.. Service is good people are friendly. It just caught my attention tonight that this is the second time with him seven days that they are out around 6 PM and when I say out, there were three muffins available for purchase that was it.

I stopped at this Dunkin and was less than impressed. The gentleman taking the orders for the drive through did not understand my order at all. 3 times I asked for a wake up wrap – he kept saying something about a croissant. I said “no, I’d like a wake up wrap”. He proceeded to ring me up for a croissant stuffer. When I got to the window and checked my receipt – I asked to have my order corrected in which I received attitude in return. It was ultimately corrected but I don’t appreciate being talked down to and brushed off when I was very clear in my order. Also, the chai latte is so unbelievably sweet. I don’t think I’ll add this Dunkin’ to my daily stop.

Service was quick and welcoming. However the iced coffee was exactly that, iced. Very frustrating when you spend $4 plus dollars for a cup of ice and very little coffee. Could barely get the straw in. Upsetting cause one day it’s great, then the next it’s not. Dunkin has to work on its consistency of its product (in my opinion).

I tried something new today and got the chicken, bacon, and cheese croissant! Although the bacon didn’t seem too cooked it was still very good! The iced coffee was perfect just the way I ordered it and when I got to the store I only waited for a min or two for my to go order to be ready! (I placed the order 2 minutes before I got here)

Came for donut holes for my Christmas light tour. They were out of donuts two hours before closing. Y’know. The food specifically in the name. 🙁 Was disappointed but the hot chocolate was alright. Also, maybe they were fed up or something, but the employees were sort of snippy.

I don’t know why I bother. Every time I order a sandwich I switch to white cheddar but I NEVER receive it. Do they not have it? Or are we just not paying attention? I should learn to check before I leave at this point, but I shouldn’t have to. Sad. I’ll just stick to coffee at this location and do food elsewhere.

Stopped at this Dunkin’ in Ranson while traveling, and the manager’s attitude was unpleasant from the start. No greeting, no courtesy — just a list of what wasn’t available, as if it were my fault for asking.
A simple hello or smile would’ve gone a long way. I won’t be coming back — coffee shouldn’t feel like a confrontation.
