Placed an order online and got to the drive through 10 minutes later and it was not ready. Had to pull around and wait for 1 drink. Not ideal, line was also slow and the general area has 6 roundabouts which is kinda insane. Definitely not the best experience but it is a newer Dunkin’ location

When the food is good it carries this location, when the food is bad this location is horrid. I have not gone through this location and gotten my coffee and or food in less than 15 to 20 minutes. When the coffee and food is freshly made, it is undeniably delicious. But when it is not, the coffee is lukewarm and taste bland. Today I ordered a coffee and the cup was empty 1/4 of a way underneath the cup, meaning that I paid for a large but got a medium amount of coffee. I also sat at the window for 7 minutes before they realize they had not asked me to pay and then another two or three minutes while I waited for them to make my drink, and somehow it was still lukewarm and it tasted like all of the flavoring had sunk to the bottom. Either they did not properly mix my drink, or it had actually been sitting there for a while and they pretended to make it after I had paid and it had been sitting there cooling for the 7 minutes I had waited to pay. That nearly 10 minutes combined with the 5 minutes I had waited in line after ordering and the 4 minutes that I had waited in line to order that means that in order to get a lukewarm coffee that was under filled and I overpaid for took nearly 20 minutes.
The wait is almost worth it when the food is good. However, I don’t think it is worth waiting 20 minutes for the 50/50 shot of seeing whether or not you get something decent.
I have not, however, had a bad experience with the staff when interacting with them. Its slow service, but they’re at least nice.

The employees are friendly and apologize profusely about the wait time, but 15-30 minutes every single drive through order is wild. Even for small orders.
Whoever owns this location really needs to dive into employee efficiency and pick apart your processes and burn the manual and start over. They are not working at all.
This is 100% an ownership and management issue.

I frequent this location quite a bit, and the customer service is exceptionally awful. I usually give grace, because I know they are extremely busy but today sent me over the edge. I ordered online and went inside to pick up 20 mins later. My drink was ready however my 10 glazed munchkins were not. After waiting patiently another 10 minutes I decided to ask an employee for help, to which she threw up her hands in an “I don’t know” attitude and continued to ignore me. 20 more minutes goes by and another customer in the store who received 3 dozen donuts spoke up for me asking if they could give me the 10 munckins. To which the employee dismissively, sarcastically and rudely said “yeah let me just get RIGHT on that!” At that point I said forget it and walked out. It would have taken 10 seconds to throw 10 munchkins in a box. I waited patiently for 30 minutes before giving up. A simple “Sorry we’re so busy, just give me a second” goes a long way!
These employees truly need a 101 class on customer service. I will say there is ONE employee in there who is always friendly and efficient. Unsure of his name but he has a darker complexion. I never have an issue when he is working. He deserves a raise and the others could really learn something from him! Unfortunately he was not working today.

I use the mobile driver through pick up regularly and I never have any issues with this location like I have at others. The staff is friendly, engaging, and works very hard to fulfill everybody’s order in a timely manner. This is my go to Dunkin’ and will contiue to be!!!

This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve been to as far as service goes. The actual building is very nice and I received my food extremely quick; however, there is an extremely rude, arrogant, and abrasive employee that took my order. It’s important to note, I am a frequent customer of this location and have never had an issue with any of the employees until now. This employee goes by the name of “Doolie” from what I heard. He asked for my order two more times after I gave it to him at the register, and still managed to mess it up. I ordered a protein latte and was charged for it yet they were out of protein milk and this Doolie character seemed to be the only one who didn’t know. He proceeded to still charge me the near $7 drink price and I still received the wrong drink and without protein milk. After receiving my drink roughly 15-20 mins later, I sat down and continued to witness this Doolie guy harass and verbally assault (calling them sexual names, curse words, etc.) several female employees even after they asked him to stop. I am shocked any of these females feel safe working around this kid who clearly should not be in the food service business.

I do not prefer chains, but if I must: Dunkin is one of my favorites. The matcha latte is my go-to. The sandwich options are great as well. Service had always been great at this location.

AVOID!!! If you want to wait 20+ minutes for your drinks or food and want to hear how shitty some of the employees are treated this store is for you!! if you’d like your stuff in a timely fashion go to literally any other dunkin.

I always thought it was slow because there was a lot of business. Till I decided to run in because it would be “faster”.
Operation is a mess. I was initially handed a quarter of my order, when I mentioned it I was handed another portion of my order with the receipt. I had to walk the worker though the rest of my order, literally line by line of the receipt.
To top it off, a sandwich wasn’t made yet. We had put in our order 30 or so minutes before arriving. So I waited probably another 15 minutes as they pushed other orders though. I had to ask several times, Im sure they would have gladly let it go.
The employees didn’t seem to care about the gaggle of annoyed customers, but I can’t say that I blame them. There’s receipts blowing around the counters as their panicky trying to keep up.
