Most of the time, the coffee is excellent. Seems they are out of old-fashioned donuts or they are hard most visits. Love the chocolate covered Bismarck with vanilla cream, but most of the time, there is very little cream inside. And they seem to be out of them maybe 1 out of 3 or 4 visits. Same outage on the apple doughnuts.

Just wish drive thru could pay attention to order requests. My wife is lactose intolerant. We ordered a bagel toasted, no cream cheese. Yet, smothered in green cheese. Such a pain to drive back. Lesson learned, always check before you drive off…

Dunkin is a good place, but sometimes the customer service lacks and they don’t always listen carefully when placing an order so I’ve had several bad experiences. I have paid for bacon to be added and drive off and wind up having to come back to have it remade. Also sometimes my food isn’t hot as it should be after waiting awhile in the Drive thru line. Other than that, I’ve had positive experiences too. There has been great customer service and friendly staff, who has made my food hot and my drinks correctly.

Another online order not completed as requested. Ordered sausage and received bacon. Items were not placed in walk-in mobile area and were sitting in drive thru area. On several occasions, the convenience of using the mobile app is diminished by issues within this store.

I was at the drive thru behind another customer waiting over 10 minutes when I realized no one even took his order yet. After another 8 minutes I can finally hear the employee take his order. Once I pulled up I also sat at the box for an additional 10 minutes and still no one asked for my order. I was waiting a total of 28 minutes and decided to get out of line and just park in front and go inside. Once inside I saw ONLY 1 employee and the young man was doing the best he could but again I waited for 5 minutes waiting patiently to be asked to take my order. I was extremely upset because the store leaves only 1 employee to take drive thru orders including filing them and take customers orders inside! I’m extremely patient but I was so stupid for wasting a little over a half hour to order. I have never had this happen at this location since opening and sadly I will not return. It’s a shame the manager would put this employee completely alone and not have another employee working and while I’m extremely upset I am not upset with the employee but EXTREMELY Upset and FURIOUS with the manager for doing this to an employee! Shame on the manager at this location because many cars finally left after waiting so long.
