Ordered a medium matcha latte with sugar free vanilla, i opened the lid this is how much i got for a MEDIUM and not only that they put caramel in it instead of sugar free vanilla, it was disgusting. Glad to pay money to get this absolute monstrosity. Awful

Honestly everything was great.
Came on donut day and despite the busy day the service was great. I had gotten a matcha with extra scoops and the nice pretty lady added more when she noticed I was a little dissatisfied with its light color. She made sure I liked my drink and was nice in every way.
Bathroom was also clean and smelled nice.

Lines are horrendous and service is slow, just to get mediocre coffee at best. Coffee options are never acknowledged; it’s completely random what you’ll get today. When I order customized donuts, they throw in whatever they want, instead of what was requested, and don’t even bother to let me know or ask my preference. $10 for a half dozen?? You better have the donuts each member of my family wants for that price, every time. Their breakfast “food” is even worse. Bread is never toasted, always chewy from being microwaved, even when the toasted option is requested. Cheese is always melted into the bread like it’s been sitting on a warmer for a day or two. They used to have a few good employees that would correct these mistakes, but they don’t even have that anymore. I’ll be making my coffee at home, and go elsewhere for breakfast treats.

Good morning.Unfortunately I love dunkin’, however the Martinsburg location in WV has terrible customer service. They were extremely busy yesterday when we went in. We had two separate orders. with my 2nd one they didn’t give us our donut holes. When I came back to ask for them with my ticket #, she said it was my fault because all they do is place them on the counter. She then said I could order more if I wanted some. I had to walk away without my son’s birthday donut holes.

This is my go-to Dunkin, but if they’re even mildly busy, the quality suffers. I always specify one cream when I order online, and they always do 2 or 3. I’ll tell them I don’t want that much and they just stare at me until I ask if they can please remake it…I order coffee every day, I know when there’s too much cream. I know that the standard is two, and there a push button for it but c’mon…it’s not difficult to read that I don’t want that much. I love the staff here, and it’s convenient, but I think I might have to try a different location because this is the 4th time they’ve done this.

Consistency terrible . Service is terrible . Steady reminding them what I ordered .Order substitutes . Never get them . Says their 2nd in how quick they are but they really just clear the screens . Drive thru takes 15 min . Going in you think would be faster but takes 2-3 min to get greeted and order taken . I try to avoid this store but it’s the closest to my house .

The staff had a hard time taking my order- after 3 repeats, it was still jacked up.
Takes forever to get your coffee and if its hot, guarantee its luke warm. You could order the same drink three times and each one will taste like a totally different drink.

I went inside to place an order and noticed they were very busy. The girl who was taking orders for dine in seemed to be new but was trying her best. I believe the manager, Misty if I am correct was amazing. She was working with all her staff and trying to get the orders out at her best ability. Extremely kind and wanted to make sure her costumers were happy and apologized for the wait. The food was good and so was my pumpkin iced signature latte!
