My mom has never been to a Dunkin Donuts so I wanted to wait for her to decide what she wanted before I started ordering. Both employees were very rude and impatient as they didn’t want to wait for the only two people in the store to “hurry up already.” Not to mention they could’ve waited until I was gone before they wanted to talk bad about me for “incorrectly saying an item,” even though they clarified and understood what I meant. It’s very obvious why this store in particular does not stay busy and would rather drive to another store unless people know exactly what they want. My mom’s drink barely had any flavoring, mine was decently made.

My wife went inside and the employees were very rude to her. And then they got the order wrong, she ordered plain donut holes for our dogs but they gave her glazed instead.
