My hot latte was Luke warm, like room temperature and I only waited a few minutes for it to ”cool down”.. since coffee/ hot latte’s are supposed to be hot, I didn’t try it right away because I didn’t want to burn my mouth.. I am so dissatisfied. I work for customer service for 16 plus years at a semi fast food restaurant and I for one will never go back and give them a second try like I normally do, giving most the benefit of the doubt but all the reviews I read and still tried, this one time for sure let me know that the poor reviews are all correct..NEVER AGAIN.. SORRY.. y’all can do better..

Please remind employees that confectioners sugar or powder sugar goes on jelly donuts and not regular sugar. Please show them the difference. The Timberlake store needs to be taught the same.

Arrived at 5:10 and doors locked. They don’t close untill 6. I don’t know how any of these places stay in business. The one in Lynchburg is the same if not worse.

Typical Dunkin’, not bad, not great. The drive-thru was backed up so my wife went inside. She ordered plain donut holes for the dogs, but they gave her glazed. And the girl behind the counter was very rude when she asked a question about the kiosk- “can’t you see we’re busy?”
And my wife said “yeah, that’s why I came inside”.
That’s no way to talk to a customer when they ask a simple question.

TL;DR: Made my drink wrong, tried to make it my fault, told me they couldn’t throw away my drink and immediately after they drank from a customer’s cup that they’d already drank from.

I ordered a small coffee with cream, sugar, and blueberry syrup, as well as a blueberry donut. The person on the speaker said that she would “just tell them” to put the blueberry syrup in my coffee, so she did not ring it in.
I got my coffee at the window then waited three minutes for my donut. I left and went to my destination, where I took my first sip of coffee and realized there was no sugar or blueberry syrup. I had time so I went back.
I showed an employee my receipt and told her that my coffee was made incorrectly. She looks at it and says “that’s because it doesn’t say blueberry on the receipt” (whose fault is that?). I explained that the girl at the speaker explicitly stated that she would just “tell them” instead of ringing it in.
She then tells me that she can’t take my coffee back due to policy but that she’d make me a new one. I said that I understood and threw the coffee away myself while I waited for the remake.
Behind me in line was another customer who was also bringing back an incorrectly-made beverage. The employee who just stated 30 seconds prior that she couldn’t throw my coffee away asked this woman “can I just take a sip of it to see what about it tastes wrong?” then proceeds to drink from the cup that this customer had already drank from. I was mind-blown. Anyhow, I finally got the coffee I ordered.

Came at 6:20, they close at 7. Doors were locked. Went to drive through she says the inside closes at 6. No mention online or the building of that. I came to get donuts but can’t really pick them though the drive thru. I still can’t try out this dunkin but looking at past reviews there may not be much point.

Pulled up to the drive through at 7:50 (didn’t know they closed at 8:00) 2 employees were outside smoking and joking around. Someone came on and said “please wait one moment.” The two employees waited until 7:57 to tell us that they were closed and they couldn’t take our order. Do better Dunkin!

Did an online order and walked in picked up my order from the pick up area. Got home and they left out a bagel. Called the store and they said oh we were out of that style of bagel. (Then why would you ever place the order in the pick up area claiming it was completed) They claimed they were going to catch us when we came in.. what sense does that even make? Then the solution was to make a claim through the app! 10 days without any resolution or refund.
