Dunkin’ never disappoints, but today’s visit was especially great thanks to Ellie. She was super friendly, fast, and genuinely made the whole experience better. My order was perfect, the coffee tasted fresh, and she kept the line moving without making anyone feel rushed. It’s not often you get service that stands out at a busy place, but Ellie definitely does. She deserves recognition — Dunkin’ is lucky to have her!

I came in and the girl that helped me was extremely rude. She acted like she just hated her job and didn’t want to be there. Before i left I asked her name, which is Ashley. I love this location, but with service like I got i am not sure I want to come back.

Came here on our road trip from Central New Jersey to Gatlinburg, Tennessee, this morning around 8 am. Workers were pretty friendly and nice. Service was fast. Got some donuts that we don’t have back in NJ like the maple frosted, apple n’ spice, and lemon donuts. All donuts were really good and flavorful and also fresh and soft. Overall good looking store from the inside and out compared to stores in NJ that a lot of the time look straight out of the ghetto compared to this store. Overall, it was a good experience. 🙂

I am a regular DD customer and today I’ve just had it. The customer service at this location is awful. The girls who work the drive-thru window are extremely rude, they consistently forget items in my orders, and the food is always burnt. The Richmond Rd location is amazing. They at least say hello when you approach the window and get the order right. Although that location is further away, I try to always waste the gas to go there instead.
