Traveling and my husband wanted his afternoon coffee. Ordered via mobile app and I and my kids needed the bathroom. Lobby is locked. Saw 2 people inside. I go to window after a car leaves asking for bathroom and a mobile order. She says lobby is closed so I asked for the mobile order and she told me I had to go through drive thru. My husband was trying to walk the dog so we then had to load back up and go around the drive thru. Saving grace was the coffee was normal and hot. Won’t be stopping back through on our way home. Not sure why lobby is closed with 2 people working. And app did not notate this.

On a road trip from New England to Texas. It’s the last southbound Dunkin for another 100 miles. We got here and they have no food making ability. They were nice about it, but I’m not sure why they can’t put together a decent place. Based on reviews, there’s always a problem here. I wish I had known that earlier.

You can’t screw up coffee, but you can screw up service. On a Saturday morning the inside was locked. I was towing a boat and told to go stand in the drive thru line (which I’m sure violates any number of safety and liability guidelines for the restaurant) because “they don’t have enough people.” By my count there were 4-5 people for a restaurant that was not very busy. My 5 and 3 year old who needed the bathroom, had to go to Wal-Mart, apparently because 4-5 people aren’t enough. Meanwhile, others outside were angry and drove away.

I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATAION AGAIN. I have never had a good experience with this location. It’s a shame. They never have anything in stock and when they do they don’t give you what you ordered. Today they didn’t have anything that was wanting to be ordered. What we did receive was Waterdown and not good. Missing 2 items and the donuts were wrong. This location just needs to close or have a complete staff redo. It is putting a bad name to the good name of Dunkin. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

Went through the drive through. Got 4 donuts. They were all just thrown in a bag. No wax paper or anything the separate them. So when I got yo work they were all stuck together and the icing had been rubbed off
