I used to hate going to this Dunkin, but things have really turned around. I have been twice this week and have had efficient, friendly service both times. You can tell people care about their customers which was not the case in the past. Also, my food was hot both times. Great job! Thanks for a great morning experience.

I ordered an egg and cheese croissant and clearly mentioned that I’m vegetarian, but it came out with sausage. When I pointed it out, the employee just picked the sausage off and gave me the same sandwich back instead of remaking it. I was also told there were no croissants, which wasn’t true. On top of that, my avocado toast was cold like it had been refrigerated, not toasted. Really disappointed with the service and food quality.

My brother and I each got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and they were both burnt black. We also ordered a dozen assorted donuts and they didn’t give us the ones we ordered. The only thing decent about our order was the coffees and the lady at the window (she was nice).

Absolutely the worst dunkin you could go to. Stopped by and ordered the new peppermint iced coffee. We’ll I was given a hot one and I told the lady it was supposed to be iced. I apologized to her and she said its ok . Well she pored my hot coffee over ice and handed it to me and shut the window. So now I have a cup of melted battered down ice with melted whipped cream . There is another dunkins in ellistion that is SO much better. Avoid the salem location dont waist your money

Ordered two dozen donuts for a total of $31. Tried to pay with a $50 but the cashier said they can’t accept anything over a $20. I had to cancel the order. I hope the manager sees this and realizes that a sale and a customer were lost because of this policy. Many people still like to pay with cash, and most local ATMs give out fifties.

This Duncan sucks. Saw the girl sitting on her phone for five minutes while there was a line wrapped around the store. She could’ve at least walked to the back of the store to where I couldn’t see her at the drive-through doing nothing

Went there from passing by interstate and biggest mistake of day was made by going to this dunkin.
I order avocado toast and egg and cheese crossiant in crossiant there was sausage patty on it which I am vegetarian so thrower it away and avocado toast the bread was not toasted at all it was refrigerated cold bread.
Awful experience moreover the wait after order was 30min. Which makes it worst.
Don’t go to this dunkin unless you want to ruin your day.

Came in at 12:30pm and asked an employee if they still had the $3 medium drinks after 1pm. He said they do but it wasn’t 1 yet. We said we would come back in 30 minutes to get the promotion and they said ok. Came back at 1pm and waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order, only to find out the promotion had ended. Employee who told us earlier that we could come back said he was “unsure” they had the promotion when we asked earlier. Not going back to this dunkin.

Ordered a coffee it was labeled correct but had no flavoring (blueberry) and not sure it had much coffee. It tasted like warm milk. Tried calling and all other methods of contact and couldn’t get through to anyone. They have limited food options (regularly) and service isn’t great.
