Don’t bother walking in the store and expect any service to order your food. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while 4 cars drove up in the drive through after I had already been standing at the counter. The manager then after helping 4 cars and starting to make their drinks (who arrived after I did) told the other employee to help me at the counter to take my order. The other employee continued doing what she was doing and never responded to or acknowledged the manager. I walked out of the door after standing at the counter for another 3 minutes with no service given. If you want service at this location you have to go through the drive through.

The girls are over worked with how many mobile orders are coming in. Be patient they are doing their best. I saw how many orders are piled up on the counter that no one is going inside to get. People are angry with the service and getting mad at the workers like they aren’t trying to keep up with demand of an entire town. Get off your butts and go get your orders if you want faster service. These ladies are tired and I don’t blame them. Cmon Franklin.

The store was busy but the young man at the drive thru was pleasant, helpful and friendly. That’s really something nowdays in anything customer service oriented. Give this guy a raise. He deserves it.

Placed a mobile order on 9/23 and did not receive an item that cost almost $4 on a $16 order. I was told I would need to file a complaint through the app to get a refund for the missing item and I have yet to receive the refund or be contacted by management to rectify the issue. Absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered a frozen coffee with no whip or cream bc of a dairy allergy and it took at least 10 minutes in a dead drive thru and was handed a drink with whip in on top and she immediately huffed and took it back and gave it back aggressively and it taste like burnt coffee.

Went to DD this morning ordered my coffee from drive thru and they get my coffee wrong realized it after reached in the office. Went back spoke with Ms Erica, very nice lady who is the manager at DD Franklin, she substitute my drink to the right coffee with no fuss no hassle! She handled the situation very smooth, she is the sweetest. Now I can start my day with the right coffee. Thank you Ms Erica, you and the team was amazing!

Tuesday 3/28 – Pulled into the drive thru, service was fast, but the woman taking my order made fun of my voice and the way that I talk. Like completely changed her voice to mock my voice. It felt yucky spending money while being laughed at on the other side of the window.
Food was fine and they forgot my straw. Probably won’t return.
