Unfortunately, there’s not much to say here. This was a bad experience. I’m not sure I’ve ever had a good one with dunkin if I’m being honest, but this was probably the worst.

We ordered a turtle latte and 2 snacking bacon orders. The latte was not turtle…it was butter pecan. The bacon was old, cold, clumped together and loaded with pepper. We buy that bacon all the time at other locations and it has always been amazing. As we were traveling on the road on a long trip we did not take the time to go back.

Never again will I go to this location. First time I’ve been to a Dunkin Donuts where you ask the cashier if you are able to load your DD Card so that you can receive points for your purchase. Cashier replies yes you can do that. After explaining I want to add $10 to DD card and use it to pay for my order, the gentlemen states “ok,” to which he then loads my DD card and swipes it to pay for my sandwich then swipes my debit card to pay for the coffee. After I realized what he had done when I received 3 receipts, I asked the gentleman why did he do that, he was actually confused about what i was talking about. So i let it go and told the gentleman not to worry about it, he walks away from window and comes back with a female, she walks away and comes back several minutes later and hands me my sandwich. THIS IS WHAT I RECEIVED AND I WAS NOT RUDE IN ANY FASHION. I DONT UNDERSTAND, You be a respectful person and for some reason whatever issue she/he was going through got placed on me. The ends were intact when I received it but not edible so I had to rip it off literally it sounded like paper tearing. I am so disappointed by this.

I can’t believe a coffee shop doesn’t have FRESH decaf at 8:00 in the morning!! This location is not well run and we often get bitter, old tasting, and sometimes even luke warm coffee. Not good.

Had 2 big trays of powered, filled donuts that were labeled vanilla cream filled and I got 6 of them, only to find out they were filled with Boston cream instead. Not happy and the combo is not good either.

All wanted was a quick coffee. What I got, was an overpriced mess. I come from New England and it’s a shame to see how Dunkin is in the south. Not entirely surprised by the quality, but the management needs a good talking to. Stay from this location.
