Went on a Sunday (March 1) at 11:20 am. Ordered an unsweet iced tea and was told they don’t serve iced tea in the morning. It was nearly lunch time, I’ve always ordered iced tea from every Dunkin I’ve been to at all hours of the day.
Then I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was so lightly coated with cream cheese that it was undetectable. At most Dunkin’s, I have way more than enough cream cheese. They also did not include napkins in the bag in the drive through. How is this not automatic? I switched to a medium coffee and it was fine. Only reason for 2 stars. The general sense from the employees was lack of care and interest in serving a customer.

Petersburg runs on Dunkin ❤️ location was clean. Not sure how quick the drive thru is because we went inside. They were sadly out of stock of my favorite donut so I opted for their 6$ breakfast combo. Hash-browns were seasoned which was good. Bagel was nicely toasted and the egg was cooked through. Iced PSL was good.

The new hash brown brisket scramble is TRASH.
Very salty, splintered pieces of brisket and spicy Cheese sauce. I didn’t even noticed any eggs underneath all of the junk. I was expected melted shredded cheese and cubed brisket. After 2 bites I trashed it; waste of $5 just like that!
Also they are expensive. Charged $4.39 for large tea.
Best deal was the super fresh glazed donuts. Two for only $3.18.

In my order, I asked for a plain toasted bagel because I have an allergy. They gave me a toasted bagel with sausage, even though I said I wanted a toasted bagel without anything. Guess what they did? They just took out the sausage! What about me? Should I die just because some people can’t do their jobs?

I keep telling myself not to go back but it is the only coffee spot near me. My experience gets worse and worse each time. Each time there are different staff members too which makes it more concerning with their level of horrible service. They are super slow. And recently charged me for two iced coffees just to let me know at the window they are out of coffee?? Not to mention when they do have iced coffee it tastes like soapy water.

Waited 40 minutes for our kiosk order. To be missing food. Coffee had to be remade for it to be just as disgusting. The guy taking orders is shouting at everyone while they’re talking to him in a normal inside voice. One guy is setting orders on receipts behind the pick up counter not even calling peoples names out, another one is setting drinks in the counter and not calling peoples names. 30 minutes later another dude man comes out of the kitchen loudly shouting names (first time I’ve seen this guy, and again, we’ve been here for 40 minutes and trust me I’ve been watching all of the people go up and get their food, including people who came in long after we did and ordered what looked like the same kind of food on the kiosk) and handing them their order. After walking to the counter for the fourth time this visit he asks us what we’re waiting on. He said under his breath as he turned around that he was just asking where that order was. Goes to the kitchen and I can hear him saying what are we waiting on for this order, comes back up and says he called our name but I guess you didn’t hear me. BS. Ignorant, unprofessional, awful. Worst experience ever. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Ordered a small hot vanilla oatmilk latte, however they tried to give me an iced latte. They took it back to “make” the correct latte however they only filled the cup up 1/3 of the way if that and I also believe they just heated up the iced latte because it was watery and tasted like they added extra flavor shots to cover it up!!! Do Not recommend this location for anyone

Very disappointed at my ‘dine in” experience. I am a older American and disinclined to use kiosks, online ect. Even avoid drive thru if I can . Inside Ckerk was very disinterested in small talk or questions to the point of ignoring me especially after payment. Very limited seating inside. Doughnut and coffee good but probably not go back while I’m here.
