Food is about what I would expect from Dunkin. No complaints about the drinks, donuts, or sandwiches.
Most of the staff seems friendly and helpful… one time I came it it was a bit loud behind the counter though. I don’t want to say exactly what it is that they were doing since I was one of only a small amount of people in there when it happened and I’d like to be able to keep picking food up there without retaliation, lol, but it was a little uncomfortable.
As I mentioned, though, most people I’ve had to interact with have been really nice.
It wasn’t super dirty or anything in the building. I don’t really like being in there too long, though. Probably because I don’t wanna hear gossip when I’m just picking up breakfast.
It is in a bit of an annoying location as far as car travel. Easy to get in, hard to turn left onto the main road from, but this isn’t a problem with the store. Just for your information.

I ordered my food through DoorDash this morning. This is my normal location. I was eating and then I feel hair… !!!! It was a long, brown, wavy strand of hair. I tried calling 3x and no one answered. This upset me because I am hungry and today is not one of my good days physically.

As a first-year teacher, my mornings can be a little hectic, but stopping at Dunkin’ 3–4 times a week for my daily matcha has become part of my routine—and it’s all thanks to the wonderful team here. Every single one of the ladies is so kind, but I have to give a special shout-out to Asaa at the window. The moment I hear her voice, I can’t help but smile.
She always greets me with warmth, tells me to drive safe, and wishes me a wonderful day—and that small gesture means more than she probably knows. Thank you, Asaa, for being my first positive interaction every morning. You truly make my day brighter, and I appreciate you more than words can say!

I requested a medium frozen caramel coffee. When I got to the window, they started to give me an iced coffee. When I mentioned that I requested a frozen caramel coffee, the cashier at the drive thru was helpful and took the cup back before requesting the order to be made to a frozen coffee. I could hear a female employee in the background saying that’s not what she ordered. They then proceeded to hand me this supposed frozen caramel coffee which lacked caramel. The coffee looked exactly like the one in the picture. I went back inside for a refund.

This is a drive through location only so it makes it difficult to see what is available and to place an order. The line is often very long and wrapped into the street. The cashier was friendly and the order was correct. The reason I hesitate to go is that it is very difficult to see what you can order. The drive-through menu is only available once you get to the space to order, and you have to ask what donuts are available and make a selection based on those.

Usually the service is nice but whenever one particular person (azaria or whatever her name is) works there she has an attitude. Asked for my drink to be made with almond milk instead of regular and she got a major attitude about it and refused to remake it. Mind you I hadn’t paid for it and there was already a long line in the drive thru so there was plenty of time. She and the other heavy set yt woman working drive thru were very rude. The woman working the front register is always kind and has excellent customer service

America runs on Dunkin – I’ve been going to this specific location for 8+ years and the staff customer service is the reason for my tenure – ask for a “Brandy Special” and you will be treated like royalty ☕️
