I am leaving two stars because the young woman that had to deal with the situation that I’m sure her managers put her in was very kind. I ordered a drink that requires espresso on the app. Only to be informed upon arriving that they are out of beans. How does a coffee shop run out of espresso beans? I felt absolutely horrible from the young lady that probably had to tell dozens of customers that she can’t make their drinks because her manager messed up and didn’t order appropriate amounts of supplies. As an added bonus, one of their employees was hanging out back with a couple of his friends sitting in a camping chair. I had no idea it was an employee when I first pulled around into the drive-through so it took me a couple seconds to realize I probably wasn’t gonna be robbed. It was just an employee. Horrible experience.

This location is a consistent disappointment. Whether it’s waiting in a drive through line that never moves, or they ask you to come inside instead of the drive through because it’s a “shift change” (?), or- if everything goes fine and you actually get an iced coffee/latte- it just tastes like old milk.
This is why so many people go to Starbucks instead of here. Whoever owns the Dunkin’ locations in this area needs to reevaluate and figure some stuff out. ALWAYS slow service, out of stock of items, and absolutely ZERO consistency on preparing drinks, they will taste/look different every single day. Your surrounding community continues to be disappointed in ALL of our local locations.

Staff are pleasant and agreeable. Drinks are made with confidence, precision and speed, showing a knowledge of the menu that can be lacking at other stores.
The atmosphere is really cute being a small corner store in the middle of a shopping center.
Food is also made well and they are willing to make reasonable accommodations on a food item to adjust for personal preference.

This location used to take forever, even for mobile orders. But their renovations seem promising! The layout looks amazing inside and they now have a perfect pickup place for mobile orders.

Doors locked and NO SIGNS… again! Thanks for not communicating with us! I really LOVE (not!) walking up to pick up my order and finding the door locked, then having to wait in the drive-thru line for 20+ minutes (nice sign on the drive-thru speaker, by the way, AFTER we wait in line). Have you ever heard of customer service?

I adore stopping at this location considering the convenience of its placement and the shops around it, but recently I’ve noticed something I just cannot ignore. The management of this location seems to be checked out and unwilling to properly train or assist their staff. Just today, I noticed a new employee running around the store, doing the absolute best she could, with the manager lazing around… walking to the back… not greeting a single customer or even looking at them upon them entering the store… It’s upsetting to see. I genuinely feel terrible for the employees that actually put forth the effort.

I used the app to order ahead, giving them 15 minutes to complete the order. I pull up and they barely started the order. I ordered ahead to avoid the wait time.

This is my second time here and like the first time the service was bad. The staff pretend like you don’t exist. They didn’t even acknowledge a customer that came in after us for like 10min of him standing there. They just told us to order at the kiosk or wait. It took like 15min just for a donut and a coffee. It would’ve been faster to go and order in at Starbucks. I don’t recommend 🙁

Found glass in my Boston Cream donut. I tried reaching out to the location multiple times but only received the generic message saying someone will reach out. Wasn’t even asking for a refund, just wanted the location to be aware and acknowledge they need to work on their training and sanitation. I normally would not leave a bad review or even reach out to customer service, but having glass in you food is extremely concerning as someone could have gotten seriously injured. Dunkin in general has gone extremely down hill in quality and service since this is not my first issue from this location and several other locations, but I still liked going there to get a bunch of donuts for my coworkers since I work at CNU and it was super convenient. Ended up having to throw away the entire batch just incase there was glass in the other donuts as well.
