Everybody at the front counter here is always super nice and helpful. I used to come to this location every day but since I moved I only drop in every few weeks when I’m nearby. The service is worth having to go inside since there’s no drive thru window.

This place is the worst. Poor service I literally placed my order in the Dunkin app like I always do before arriving and still waited 10 minutes While dealing with the ignorance of the staff working here. I literally watched her assist three other people and basically had a team meeting at the front of the store with another employee about the how other employees not reporting to work. All AFTER I asked about my order and she asked for my name on my order. I often drive 10 minutes past this location and go to the Volvo location for a reason. These people are always out of their supplies and their customer service is horrible. I do not recommend this location to anyone. And the girl at front register on 2/22/26 @8:45-9am needs some serious training and her manager should not have a management position

Don’t go here. This is supposed to be a single scoop of ice cream and as you can see, it was flattened off the back (as if you were measuring something) rather than a round ball. There were only a few options, service was lackluster.

When I walked in, there was a huge line. But no one was at the desk. He was in the back. Then, when he finally shows up, 3 people had already left. I was here at 2:30pm and there were no donuts (see picture) and they didn’t have what I asked for. Unfortunately, there was a homeless guy here and at I’m happy he was able to get food.
Don’t waste your time here, there’s a Krispy Kreme across the street.

Been going to this Dunkin so much in the many years that I’ve lived in Chesapeake. Love seeing the same faces that have worked here for so many years. Service is always fast. Great tasting coffee and good selection of donuts.

Everyone in here are amazing. As we were ordering some of our drinks were already done, they even ask how many pumps of flavoring, cream, and sugar we wanted. To top that they made it right!!!! Can’t wait to go back!!! Tried to get them to come back to NY with us but that didn’t work. GREAT JOB!!!!!!

Quick and friendly. There was no line on Friday morning which was great. Crazy intersection. The building is built in a hotel parking lot which makes it a pain to navigate through it Coffee is great at all of their locations but not a big fan of their doughnuts. However their staff makes up for all their bad parts. If you read this ad please give me a thumbs up!!!!!

If you order curbside drop off you’ll need to go inside and pick it up. I usually get it delivered but ordered through the app and sat outside for about 20 minutes, but the food was read and waiting at the counter for me. They looked like it was busy and short staffed and even with the wait my food was good and warm. The coffee was mediocre and was not aesthetically pleasing at all, either it wasn’t mixed right or there was almost no coffee in it. I ordered a double shot macchiato and the bottom of the cup was only about half an inches worth of coffee and then a quarter of that was undissolved caramelized sugar crystals.

The managers here left two people to run the store. One was a person with 4 days on the job and it was the others first day and they were not trained to make anything except for iced coffee and hot coffee and did not know how to find certain items on the register and we ordered on the phone to make it easier for them. The management should be ashamed. The workers helped us with a cheery attitude even though they were struggling.
