Used drive thru. Ordered 3 toasted bagels. All were very hard, and overly toasted.
One bagel was significantly smaller than the other two. We were already back on the road before we opened the bag. If we weren’t on a long trip, we would have turned around and gone inside to get new bagels.

After reading previous reviews, I completely understand the ratings. This store used to be a favorite place for us. The coffee is not consistent. I bought two coffees and one tasted like cream and sugar without the coffee. I ordered an assortment of Munchkins and received 25 of only 3 different flavors. What has happened here?

Went mainly for the munchkins, mobile ordered ahead 50ct munchkins (25 chocolate, 25 glazed). Received 6 chocolate and 42 cinnamon and powdered sugar. If they were out, they could have told me when I arrived and cancelled that part of the order.

Very nice place but tricky to get in and out. Service wasn’t the best and the bathroom was not clean, broken toilet paper holder cover on the floor. We ordered jelly doughnut and filled everything bagel balls but the bagel balls were just lukewarm not hot.

HORRIBLE! Check your take-out bag before leaving. My 10 year old niece can make a better bagel! What a waste of $3.50… Dunkin’ needs to hold employees to better standards. If there was no cream cheese left, the people working should tell the customer, not give them this burnt disgrace at full price. VERY disappointing

I ordered a White Mocha Hot Chocolate, medium, and they give me this. It’s not even full, the woman at the counter said I need to be patient because they are still training. Well if someone is “training”, then they shouldn’t even be behind a counter or someone should be right beside them “training” them. I asked why it’s was not filled all the way, she said it’s a medium? Um full it up then. This is in Mechanicsville off 301. I just told them I wanted my sandwich. Then they are out of the regular bagels, it’s only 10:03am. And the best thing is my sandwich is cold as well.
