Went to this Dunkin this morning around 8am or so. Young lady who took my order was very nice and the young lady at the window was also very nice. However, when I got back home to eat my food there was a few things i noticed. First, I didn’t receive the extra cream cheese spread that i paid for. Secondly, As i was trying to get the hashbrowns out of the bag they were slimy and crumbling in my hand and were partially cold near the centers. So i assume they were undercooked. Lastly, as I was mixing around my drink because i have splenda in it, i noticed these little green/grey pieces. Not sure if its mold from ice because I used to work in food service and I have seen what mold can look like in the ice machines. Regardless, nothing should be “floating” around in my drink. Very disappointing.

I stopped in for a hot cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich this morning. I was greeted with care when i entered the store. The staff were friendly, and my coffee was made perfectly. My sandwich was on point and I had a delicious drink, I would definitely recommend this location!

Stopped by during a road trip to use the restroom and grab a quick snack and beverage. I was greeted with smiles from employees and a side note, the restrooms were spotless and very clean!! I ordered the new protein mango refresher and it was absolutely delicious!!

Love this location. I am a Dunkin regular I come everyday, I’ve tried other locations, but the one girl that is always working in the morning is an AMAZING EMPLOYEE! she remembers a lot of peoples orders and is typically quick and reliable for quality of product. Will forever go to Waynesboro just bc of this! #sixdollarmealdeal

I came to this Dunkin at 7:50 pm and they said they stopped making coffee. They have it, they just didn’t want to make it. I absolutely love Dunkin but whoever is managing this one is terrible. They say its because the manager likes to shut everything down early so they can get out there by 8:00 and I guess the manager is just lazy because what coffee shop stops making coffee before they close makes no sense.

*employees posting positive reviews is crazy I placed a mobile order at the Waynesboro, Va location and when my husband picked up the order they informed him that they were short 6 donuts. This was a custom order as it was for a cheer team so we needed exactly what we had ordered. They just stood there staring at my husband clueless as to what to do. They ended up calling the Fishersville, Va location for the missing donuts. When my husband brought the order home, the quality of the donuts from the Fishersville restaurant was far better than what the Waynesboro location had given us. The other 18 donuts did not meet my expectations. The leftover donuts were so dry the next day that we couldn’t even eat them. I spent almost $60 on this order. I called to speak to a manager, but ended up speaking to a very rude young lady who said the manager wasn’t there and she was the shift lead. She told me it wouldn’t do any good to speak to him anyway because he didn’t care and neither did corporate. I told her about my dissatisfaction with my order and she told me she couldn’t give my money back because I didn’t like the way the donuts looked. She said, “We have a bunch of high school kids working here so maybe we need to fire them and get a whole new staff.” I have reached out to corporate multiple times and my issue still has not been resolved 3 weeks later. I was promised a full refund, but never received it. They just keep giving me the run around. I’m afraid the rude young lady I spoke to at the Waynesboro location was indeed correct. They do not care! This is what is on the Dunkin website … Make It Right Guarantee From now on, your Dunkin’ run comes with a promise: If your order ever misses the mark, just let us know and we’ll make it right. They do not stand behind this promise.

By far the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had from any Dunkin. Ordered an x large cup of coffee with cream and sugar. The coffee was lukewarm and had no sweetness whatsoever and was very watered down tasting. Took the cup back and it was definitely sweeter but still watered down and lukewarm still.

I got an iced chai latte and everything mini bagels went to go eat the second bagel and found a rubber band in my package with my bagel. Just spreading awareness that people need to be more careful in the food industry, Could have been bad if I gave it to my toddler.

This is a busy little donut store; customers coming and going. Plenty of parking and clean bathrooms. Always hot coffee served with a smile. Customer service is plentiful. Come and enjoy a donut and cup of coffee.
