We sat in line for about 20min in the drive thru @ 10am Saturday morning. We order 2 medium ice cofee’s and 2 ham and cheese stuffers for $25. Not sure what bothered me more, the 20min wait or the $25 charge. The ham and cheese stuffers is basically a hot pocket. The ice coffee was good but not any better than McDonald’s. Also I’d like to add that I wanted to get out of line after 10min but the way the drive thru is set up it traps you in forcing you to have to wait. This was my first time trying them after the rebranding from the original doughnut shop and more likely the last.

I got my order wrong three times. I asked for a Camel Craze, not Caramel — and somehow, the “Caramel” drink didn’t even have caramel in it. On top of that, they messed up my bagel twice. When I asked them to fix everything, the girl pretended not to hear me. This was honestly one of my worst Dunkin’ experiences. Rude, sassy, and careless. I’m not coming back.

Poor customer service. I did not ask for an ice coffee, but was given one, and when I said I dont think I asked for one, she literally shook it at me and said yes you did. Haha, even if I did( I NEVER drink ice coffee), that is not how you handle a customer, no matter how busy you are, there is plenty of place I can get hot coffee from, so you won’t have to worry about me again haha.

This was pitiful. I get snaking bacon at other locations fairly often. It’s admittedly hit or miss, but this was so disappointing. $3.50 for what’s probably two slices is ridiculous. The girl at the window also has no manners or personality. So overall just weird and frustrating.

I stood at the front counter/register for about 7 minutes. There were no other customers in the store. Not sure if the workers were just in the back. No one came to address me or take my order. I then placed an order on the mobile app since I figured it would be faster. Received my iced coffee 2 minutes after that. Guess I’ll just order using mobile app from now on. I just wish the store employees were a little better about customer service.

i had an order of a single iced latte and plain bagel minis and took about 20 minutes for them to make my order. Meanwhile the window was open, nobody is at the window? and employees are just hanging away from the window and bragging about their paychecks and complaining about their personal lives saying how someone HAS to take their shift to “do their daughters hair because she can’t do anything for herself apparently” no customer should be able to hear this stuff through the window, very unprofessional. I was clearly being ignored and I had to yell ma’am about 10 times because nobody acknowledged me at the window, not even to let me know how long it would be or just to let me know it was being made at least. (mind you it was a mobile order 10 minutes before I got there plus the twenty minutes for it to be prepared) I got met by another employee who had a bad attitude after acknowledging me finally, and raised her voice at me saying she was “working on it” very passive aggressively. Mini bagels were barely even cooked, the coffee was half milk, and at that point the experience just ruined the trip.i am a dunkin lover, but i will not come to THIS dunkin again.
