Stopped by for an iced coffee. The iced coffee was soo watered down, my drink tasted like sugar water. The young lady asked to make another and I asked without cream to make a difference and the same problem persists. I give the service 5 stars bc the young lady handle the transaction exceptionally ! She tried to turn it around and when I wasn’t satisfied she did not hesitate to refund me. I wish I knew her name but thank you.

The manager (Marco) provides amazing customer service! I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt he should he recognized. The day I came by was noticeably busy and he handled it with great energy! Companies need more individuals like him!

I have been going to this dunkin’ for years I am so fed up with there employees. for so long I let it go cause they were young and I understood they were short staff. For so long I l was just happy to get coffee on my way to lake anna. I will not be giving them any more service not only are the people young with no customer service experience but they obviously don’t want to be there. They don’t even try to help you out with their reward system. I am 19 and work in the service industry if I acted the way these employees do I would be fire on the spot. I will be sticking to charlottesville location because they train their employees well and always so polite. Worst dunkin ever it’s been years nothing have changed.

This is by far the worst coffee shop or even business open. The manager said the n word with the hard r twice in the lobby and then said it was cuz he had black friends they’re frozen machine is always “broke” even after they got a brand new one I think mfs jus be lazy in there I’ve been told when they don’t feel like making frozen drinks they will jus say it’s broken cuz it’s too much work to clean they’re always out of COFFEE SYRUP how tf does a coffee shop run out of coffee syrup i don’t know how this place is still in business they barely can make the drinks good only good worker there is April i love her !!

It’s only a sandwich and I shouldn’t complain but when it’s $5.09, I half expect it to be right. A waste of time and not a good start to the morning. I sure hope the person prepping the sandwiches has a better day ahead and not mess up any more orders for others.

We’ve given this location several chances over the last year, and today was the final try. Weak watery iced coffee, stale gross sandwiches, and today’s line of 6 cars sat for 15 minutes for ONE car to drive to the window. Drive thru lane is dangerous as it blocks you in with curbs on both sides, I had to back out since thankfully no one was behind me, they all pulled off and left as well. Save yourself the time and go to Starbucks across the street.

I go to this location often. However, haven’t been in a quite a few mos as I’ve been out of town. Noticed this locations pride flag in the window earlier today tho. Just wanted to leave a review to say I’m proud of this place for leaving that up given our political climate in the country at the moment. Particularly being in a more rural area, I know that’s somewhat of a risk for the owners themselves. I’ll be back soon. Just wanted to say that I’m proud of you people for not bowing to ignorance. It makes a difference in those peoples lives whether you know it or not.

On this particular day the counter staff behaved very unprofessional, insulting a trainee member of the staff and was complaining to anyone who cared to listen. Her overall attitude left a lot to be desired and left customers feeling terribly uncomfortable. The restrooms both womens and men’s were disgusting. Food and coffee were great!

By far the worst Dunks I have ever been to. The breakfast sandwich was so dry it was ridiculous and they were out of ketchup at 7 am. The ketchup may have helped with the unbelievably dry sandwich. Even the jelly donut was dry, how do you make a dry jelly donut? Our server was not good is all I will say about that. The only bright spot was the coffee.
