Could not rate the food because the staff was unable to make any of it correctly and when asked wanted us to give all of the incorrect items back to them anyways. The staff members seemed like they had no knowledge of their menu. Asking for a refund led to rude comments by staff. After this experience, I drove to Waynesboro and had a perfect experience. I recommend if you want Dunkin skip this one and find another one due to the untrained and unprofessional staff here.
Edit: Four days after this experience, I still have not received a refund for the order.
Edit 2: I was able to receive a refund on the 24th, ten days after the transaction.

Went this afternoon at around lunch time to pick up some donuts for the morning. Went through drive thru. First off no jelly donuts. I got home opened the box and the donuts looked like crap. They look like they had been sitting all day. What is going on that businesses can charge and employees don’t take pride in their product. Photo attached… $18.00 for crap ! I see another donut place closing on Pantops. Won’t be back.

Worst Dunkin ever. Ordered large decaf with milk. Simple. After waiting 10 min in drive thru he came out with small. Several minutes later came back with the large. Right after driving forward noticed he forgot the milk. Back through drive through to get milk. Finally first sip and the coffee was burnt. Had probably been sitting in heat for hours. Undrinkable. Go elsewhere

Drink was half filled, literally the same equal amounts of liquid and whip cream. I got a large and you could feel where the warm liquid stopped and the whipped cream began on the side of the cup. Then when I mentioned that the drink wasn’t filled, there was a rude employee asking in the background”what is she complaining about” which was completely rude and uncalled for, & never mind the fact I told them this was my first time here and this is how I was treated. Drink never got fixed or even offered to redo it and make it filled. I now understand why people say DON’T go to Dunkin.

Kenzie was a great help and she made sure that my cream was right in my coffee. The plus of it all was that she helped me with my Apple Pay. Very patient and kind. I recommend you to have her wait on you. Amazing and clean!!

Had a great experience here. A good combination of value and decent food. I got a breakfast combo of a bagel sandwich with egg, some hash browns and coffee for $6.50 or so- a good value. Would go again.

The customer service at this location is awful. None of the employees great you or smile, and will often ignore you until you ask to place an order. The other day, I asked for a drink that apparently only the manager knew how to make, and instead of asking her for help, the other employees ignored making my drink. I had to ask three times if it was ready, to which they replied that someone was making it while the empty cup continued to sit on the counter. Finally, after 30 mins, the manager then offered them help on how to make the drink, without any apology offered.

Customer service is horrible. They charge for a small cup of water as well. Time for new staff! Everyone is miserable and it shows in the customer service. No friendly when taking the order and throw the drink and food at you with no greeting. Ended up tossing my drink because i didn’t trust what they did to my beverage after asking kindly for it to be made correctly.

Worst breakfast I’ve had in years. Ordered delivery. They completely forgot one of the five bagels so one family member didn’t even have breakfast. The four other bagels barely had any cream cheese with the majority of the bagel being dry and chewy. None were toasted though it was requested. Hash browns were unchewable like they were reheated two times. Poor quality, poor attention to detail. This branch sold me off from buying breakfast from any Dunkin’ ever again.
