I’m sorry, but my experience was terrible. The girl who helped me looked visibly angry and was rude answering a simple question. I felt immediately uncomfortable and wanted to walk away, and would have, if it weren’t for my kids wanting donuts. And when we got home I tasted a donut and it tasted old and had a weird aftertaste. Very disappointed. I will stick to Lidl and Knakal’s from now on.

These workers are doing God’s work. I’ve been coming here for 8 months now at least 3 times a week. They are always slammed but ALWAYS get the orders out on time. I don’t know how they do it, especially for what I’m assuming is garbage Pay. Give these workers a minimum of 20 dollars an hour starting.

I went in today to get a coffee and a sandwich, made my order with a young man he told me it was 13. 27 so I hand him a 20.00 bill and he said sorry we don’t take cash so I had to leave. I also noticed another customer leave after that. I thought it was against the law to refuse payment but this is sad when cash is no good just because you don’t have a card. I will never stop at a Dunkin again.

Went to buy a half dozen of glazed donuts at 6:40 pm and they only had one donut in the store just one! There name is Duncan donuts. They didn’t close till 8:00 pm. Cashier said he didn’t care and his attitude agreed with his statement.

I was quite upset by the way they treat their new employees or employees in general! Very disrespectful to their employees if they made a simple mistake. The fact that they yelled/talked about a new employee makes me sick! It makes you think what they treat their customers like. Oh not to mention some customers having to wait awhile to order something because some people worked drive thru, which is expected, while some stood there and watched while others worked hard. Wouldn’t recommend at all due to the lack of a friendly environment, unlike other Dunkin’s I’ve been too!
