Went there for their $6 meal deal. Asked for water instead of coffee. Was told its $2 extra for a cup of tap water instead of the coffee. While explaining to a family member why i didnt get anything the lady interjected explaining herself AGAIN. Had to kindly let her know i was not speaking to her. In the same 3 min a lady spilled her coffee in her car and they gave her a free refill with no issue.

Dunkin’ Donuts standards have really gone down. I’m so disappointed. The last few times we have stopped at a dunkin both in VA & FL, I ordered a vanilla crème donut … what happened to the cream? Each time I receive a donut with barely any cream. Service was good but the donuts need to be filled with cream. Seems like you are skimming??

Even with a new “Dunkin To Go” up the road, I will choose this location first. They care about their customers. I have lived in this area for nearly 5 years, and I have yet to find a reason to go elsewhere. Not that I haven’t tried other places, of course… but this particular Dunkin location gets it right. Haven’t had a single complaint about anything they have to offer or the excellent way in which they get the coffee order correct each time. Our family LOVES our Garrisonville walk-in location!

The employees who are on register and make the drinks are absolutely lovely. They welcome us with a warm smile. The managers are so unprofessional. Yelling at their employees in front of us customers. Managers are supposed to be properly trained. Clearly these managers are not.

I ordered breakfast delivery via door dash and it was my first time typing this location.
Sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel. The bagel was the only part that wasn’t good. The bagel just was too tough and didn’t taste very good.
The munchkins were good as always. I like having a variety of bite sized donuts. The glazed were the best ones.
The apple fritter was really good. Lots of apples. Had a great crunch on the outside. I toasted it with a little butter on top and it was divine.
And the hash brown bites were pretty good also.
Delivery was pretty fast too.

This is the best Dunkin’. I forgot my breakfast sandwich and Munchkins the day before, as I ordered those, a dozen donuts, and a box of Joe for work. I called right after, and they said I could come in the next morning and would make it right, and they did! Great people!

Staff is modifing and shorting orders. I have had it happen twice in the past month. I order using the app. And over the past month 2 of my last 3 orders have not been accurate. Check you order before you leave drive up. Specially check for correct count of donuts and for types.
