Just went this morning about five minutes ago and your front counter woman is NASTY. I NEVER have experienced such horrible treatment in such a short amount of time. We are passing through after driving up from Florida and stopped in for a quick order to go. The African American woman (using this as an identifier, not being rude) behind the counter was already giving me attitude while I was ordering. I said “can I please have the brown sugar shaken espresso but with oatmilk.” She responds”it already comes with oatmilk!” .. okay girl no need to give me attitude, very weird but it was fine – i let it go. Then she brings me my drink with no cold foam on it AND I DIDNT EVEN GET MY QUESTION OUT i looked at it and went to ask if it was supposed to come with it ( my local dunkin always makes it with it on i have never asked and im an every day dunkin person) and before I literally got “is there” out of my mouth she looks at me and shouts “thats a brown sugar shaken espresso” … I KNOW I wasnt about to ask that, but thanks for the confirmation. Just a nasty person to have to deal with and honestly the location isnt great so dont bother stopping here – theres a waffle house right down the street and im sure they’ll be nicer there. I dont usually leave bad reviews either. This woman was just bitter and rude. Bad look for your front counter.

I actually was here to grab a few Bottled drinks, not donuts. The employee on the Exxon side was extremely polite and friendly. Great customer service. 3/1/2026 around 11:15 am.

I’m not a Dunkin’s person but by far the best Carmel macchiato I’ve ever gotten from a Dunkin special thanks to the loveley lady that made mine on 2/14/36 @ 6:44pm receipt says Williams so hopefully her boss sees this great job girl!

Stopped by to grab a coffee for me and my wife. I had the best Macchiato I’ve ever tasted from this Dunkin Donuts. My wife tasted her coffee and yelled out “Yes Yes they definitely know what they are doing in there!” She was extremely happy with her coffee.

Went this morning and placed a mobile order. Ordered a breakfast sandwich…. Was given a sandwich with the wrong cheese and no egg. Went back through the drive through to get the corrected item (it’s a $6+ sandwich) and was told they ran out of egg… lol so trying to pull a fast one and just expect me to drive away and not realize my breakfast sandwich didn’t have eggs…..and made with the wrong cheese… such inappropriate action on their part. This was made up for by the shift supervisor then refunding our order but still can not believe instead of saying when we got there that they couldn’t make the sandwich as ordered they tried to just pacify something else. Very disappointing. The supervisor who refunded was very nice and understanding I will say that.

Ok, they got the coffees right. Order was placed at drive thru, which had a long wait time, over 15 minutes. I ordered 2 hot coffees (one black, one with cream) and 4 hash browns. Once we got to the window, the coffees were correct but we only got one hash brown (and were only charged for one). Explain to the cashier that we had ordered for, but there must’ve been a misunderstanding if they could please get us the other three orders as we were on a long road trip. She did and made the order right, however, her boss who took the incorrect order, scolded her in front of everyone and let her know,”You Can’t do add-on orders at the drive-through when it’s this busy”. I attempted to advocate for her, but the boss lady was very grouchy and ripped into her employee unfairly. Her employee just wanted to make things right, and did, and it literally added about 30 seconds to our visit, and our order was handled quicker than any of the other orders in line. I would like to apply and command the employee for keeping her cool And how well she handled the situation with her boss, and did the right thing by providing excellent customer service. This review only receives three stars because the manager is a complete bully and intimidator, and I hope that the quality employees do not leave due to her negativity. I would like to applaud once again the cashier for making our order right in a timely manner. We paid the second transaction for our other hashbrowns and we’re on our way.without the unprofessional bullying that was heard by all customers, we would gladly have given a 4 star review despite the wait time. If I only interacted with the grumpy bass lady, this would be a zero star, never return situation.

Slowest Dunkin I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been in the drive thru 10 minutes and have moved one car. Do not come here if you’re in any sort of hurry. There’s zero sense of urgency. Also their pricing was substantially higher than the dunkin where I live (MD).

Unless you have 15 minutes to wait for a bagel or muffin or any food item, don’t go here. I’ve made the mistake three times and it’s the same thing each time. They don’t have the ability to make food quickly. As an added bonus, the muffin cheese egg sandwich tastes like microwave rubber. Disgusting! Donuts are normal and pre-made so go for them. Two stars because the coffee is decent.

Cole and his team are beyond awful. All the
orders were wrong; all had bad attitudes, and
receipts were not available. It’s perfectly fine that there was NOTHING in stock because of Covid but try to do the minimum, like warm food, drinks that are right and have the right flavors in them. They turned their back to us while they attempted to put the paper in their machine. Three people had to put the receipt in the machine while they laughed at us in the drive-thru. The attached receipt is not what we got and what was given was completely different. On the way out of the drive-thru, we saw three other people throw away their drinks.
