I went to this Dunkin’ recently specifically for the Cookie Butter Cloud Latte and made sure to repeat my order several times at the speaker. When I got to the window, they handed me just the regular Cookie Butter Latte. I asked about the cold foam, and the man at the window told me it doesn’t come with it. I pulled it up on my phone to show that it does, and he said, “Oh, that’s for the Cloud Latte.” I told him that’s exactly what I ordered, but he said the other person didn’t ring it up that way.
I ended up having to pay an extra $1.31 for something I had already clearly ordered. Mistakes happen, but it was frustrating that I had to correct the staff and still pay extra for their error. A little more attention and better communication at the drive-thru would make a big difference.

Absolute terrible service over the last few months. Drinks missing Chia tea, espresso, coldfoam on top when it says it on the sticker. The floors inside are always dirty. The cashier’s don’t even talk to you when you come up to the window. The open the window and stare at you. New owners need to get this under control. It would be nice to have more options in the area for donuts and coffee so we didn’t have to go here in a pinch.

Ask for a iced coffee with cream, sugar and mocha. The coffee had no sugar no mocha when I asked for him to add mocha he said it’s in it. No it wasn’t!! I’m tired of paying for something to have the person who is getting paid to do this job to be rude

Dunkin Donuts is a great place to stop at and grab some delicious food and sit in the air conditioned seating. The staff were all nice, but they did mess up the order, but they quickly fixed it. The bathrooms were clean, and the food was all good. I always love some donuts from Dunkin. It was also really cool how there was a baskin robins in the Dunkin Donuts, so they were selling ice cream!

Ordered a half-sweet iced latte and basically just got milk and sugar. Almost sent me into shock it was so sweet. Couldn’t taste the coffee at all. Check your drink before driving away!

Just had an awful experience here. Ordered a regular cookie butter cold brew. Was handed a holiday cookie latte with almond milk, all these extra syrups, something obviously NOT a cookie butter cold brew. When we politely tried to explain this wasn’t what we ordered he seriously just kept arguing with us that it was the right drink, even after we showed him the label and explained we didn’t get any of this. I’ve never had someone argue with me so much over something that is so obviously not correct. We won’t be back.

I live in King George and used to frequent this location. I haven’t been in a while because the last 2 times I came, they put the smallest scoop of ice cream on a gigantic waffle cone and then shrugged when I asked why they don’t pack the cones like they used to. Well, kids wanted ice cream so I stopped there today. Was disappointed yet again and won’t be making that mistake again.
When you order a single scoop on a waffle cone, it is supposed to have ice cream under the round scoop on top because that scoop is stuffed in and decently sized. However, now, it’s the smallest scoop sitting on a pocket of air, and I can’t say I’ve ever had that experience at any ice cream place ever.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin on and off for 2 years.the Dunkin’s near my house seem to never have issues, but there is always usually something wrong with my order at this location.
My ice coffee NEVER seems to have sugar even tho i ask for liquid sugar ( cause who wants sugar bits in ice coffee?!?) it will be labeled “liquid sugar” but has no sugar.
The line is ALWAYS long because the doors are always locked when i do decide to come in to place my order. So i usually end up McDonald’s next door.
And for some reasons i always get sandwich surprise- i always order an egg and cheese Croissant. But i somehow always get a egg and cheese on a different bread.
I’ve stopped coming because of this, but decided to try again this morning and here we are with something is wrong with my order. The lines is usually so long, but this morning there was no one there and the staff was sitting on their phones so not too sure how my order got messed up. Pretty sad i need to check to ensure i got the right bread for my pretty simple sandwich.
