Order ahead or walk in is the same here. They keep everything at the counter so you have to get in line. Sometimes if you just have coffee it’s at the pickup side that is tiny. That aside because truly not a big deal just odd. More FYI.
The donuts are not always the freshest. I know DD is not a fresh store but most places toss them after a period. I have consistently gotten stale hard one from this location. Probably a local manager trying to push them too long. No excuses it hasn’t happened to me at other shops.
It’s a shame too because the location is convenient but the manager can’t seam to figure it out. They are busy due because of a lack of options. But if it works for them then okay. Just wanted to warn you.

Nearly out of donuts at noon, despite being open until 7 pm. This is a repeated problem with this location…the few times I’ve gone in there, it’s been early in the day compared to their business hours and they’ve nearly out of everything. Honestly, it’s ridiculous.

The only good Dunkin’ which haven’t shrunk there doughnuts. The collection is good staff is nice but looks kind of old but it’s clean and well kept. Ample and free parking outside with wheelchair access. Inside the rows are big. Washroom is available.

Best feature of this Dunkin store is its architecture having corner strip center location. Open floor plan is well designed for customer flow. Entrance/exit doors at dog leg ends is perfect for efficiency under social distancing conditions. Enter using front door, order at counter on back wall and exit through side door to left for minimum human contact. Management, in my opinion, should designate that as policy installing arrows on the floor, sign on front door designating “Entrance” and side door “Exit.” Grocery stores have floor planned aisles “One Way” designing customer flow for minimal human contact and best efficiency possible.
Coffee and donuts here are consistent with franchise uniformity of taste. Service in all of Northern Virginia in my experience and opinion ranges from marginal to poor to excruciatingly miserable. This store in my estimation ranks marginal which comparatively puts it at the top of the heap sadly. My experience had been inaccurate and untimely service pre pandemic conditions.
I think 6 ft. customer spacing lessens impatience often the case on the customer side of counters that puts unnecessary pressure on store’s staff. Forced slowing down of life, having fewer people out, on lines and distanced should improve service in general.

I was doing one of my many deliveries around FC on a normal day, however this day I had a particularly unpleasant interaction with this bald supervisor who has the absolute worst attitude and condescending tone one could ever receive. Beware delivery drivers for dash and uber, he will make you jump through hoops to just confirm and then insult you directly if you inform him otherwise. He needs to go back to training because that is NOT how you speak to people or customers. Very Unprofessional.

They have one of the worse customer service. I went to buy a cold drink and ask them for a light ice and they denied my request.
Then another customer came and ask for his drink with light ice and they didn’t deny his request. I’m a latino and they made it very obvious that latino people are not welcomed in their store.
What they don’t know is that I am a dunking donuts daily customer and I don’t think I deserve to be treated that way.
They should be more helpful and professional.

I love coming to this Dunkin’! The place is always super clean, the staff is really friendly, and the service is quick whether I order at the counter or through the app. My mobile orders are always ready fast and made just right. It’s clear the team here cares about what they do, and it definitely shows. Definitely my go-to spot for coffee and a quick bite!

The store is always spotless, the staff are super friendly, and the service is unbelievably fast even when I order through the app, my coffee and food are ready in no time. Came here at about 3pm on Sunday to get my 3 year old a chocolate or strawberry donut. Drive all the way from Annandale. They literally had nothing left. The shelves had paper covering them and the one shelf left open had barely anything on it. Never I. My life have I been to a donut store on a Sunday that had NO donuts! Will never ever go here again.

Service is horrible. So many workers walking around but you have to ask them for help. Very unprofessional. Very disturbing. Very disappointing. They all look like they don’t even know what’s going on. I’ve been standing in this restaurant for over 11 minutes and had to ask for assistance. Close this location down. I’m still waiting in the lobby for my order as I type this review. Arrived at 7:50am. Departed at 8:08am
