I go to this location because is near me. I like the combination of dunkin’/baskin robbins. For Valentine’s day, I got the chocolate heart shaped donut with cream filling, my favorite. I also got the “love” flavor ice cream and I found it cute that it had chocolate hearts inside. I loved the flavor. Customer service is good whenever I go inside.

They messed up my order the other day (I had saved enough points for my free drink perk!) and I told them the next time I drove through so i could call to have someone fix it (such as reload the perk). But instead, the kind man at the window offers to remake me the drink right then and there. No questions asked. That’s amazing customer service, and I think I’m done going elsewhere for coffee. Dunkin’ gets my money!

Terrible management. It was raining so went through drive thru to get a box of munchkins at 2pm on a Saturday. Already made, should be quick. Two cars in front of me took 10minutes to get to order screen. Once I ordered the guy in front of me had already left and the guy behind me. One car was at the window and after waiting another 4 minutes I went around them, parked went inside to an EMPTY COUNTER and 3 employees “working” behind it. I told the guy checking me out how long I waited in the drive-thru and he blamed it on manager who conveniently walked out a few minutes later and the guy said “there’s the manager let him know”. Told the manger, no eye contact just said sorry and tried to look busy. No explanation or offer of anything in apology. Get a manager who knows how to run an efficient team and has customer service skills.
